    @JioCare Data speed is very slow since last 25 days. Calling problem also. I traveled in different locations of MP but same problem. I think speed of downloads reduced by by jio. Unable to use even100mb data out of 1.5gb due to slow speed.

    @JioCare But across my locality almost everywhere the service is available and just few 100 meters away my area is lacking. I am trying for the service since last year but till now the distributors are only making excuses.

    @JioCare This connection is important for my work and daily activities. A new broadband connection should be reliable, and if a fault occurs, it should be resolved much faster than this. This is not the service I expected from JioFiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Again the same issue.. i did buy data booster plan and now again customer care is saying that it got added in advance payment. My plan is 824 and I paid 1300 but no resolution. Now u will ask to dm my number and othee details. Shame on you @_MukeshAmbani
