@JioCare This is how you are resolving my issue, one your customer service agent is calling me and asking me about my data services. Your agent doesn't even know what is my issue ! So you are just trying to do formalities here and not at all working on the actual issue. Jio services Sucks

@JioCare Data speed is very slow since last 25 days. Calling problem also. I traveled in different locations of MP but same problem. I think speed of downloads reduced by by jio. Unable to use even100mb data out of 1.5gb due to slow speed.

See how Jio people making fool to customers. I used 50% of data in 7 min. It's frequently observed that data quota is exaust without any such huge uses, and if u will ask to customer care agents they will not reply satisfactory. Please stop such fraudulent acts #reliancejio
