I’ve already filed a complaint against JioFiber on the National Consumer Helpline. This is pure harassment. I would never recommend JioFiber to anyone.

GAGAN (@gaganxn1) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I'm already using a Jio 5G SIM on my 5G phone, and I regularly stream TV using its hotspot without issues. So the engineer's assumption that installation isn't possible just because the tower isn't directly visible appears unfounded. Kindly conduct a proper site survey.
