@JioCare But across my locality almost everywhere the service is available and just few 100 meters away my area is lacking. I am trying for the service since last year but till now the distributors are only making excuses.

@JioCare Data speed is very slow since last 25 days. Calling problem also. I traveled in different locations of MP but same problem. I think speed of downloads reduced by by jio. Unable to use even100mb data out of 1.5gb due to slow speed.

@JioCare This is how you are resolving my issue, one your customer service agent is calling me and asking me about my data services. Your agent doesn't even know what is my issue ! So you are just trying to do formalities here and not at all working on the actual issue. Jio services Sucks

What's slower than a snail? Jio network. It sucks. All day, suffer with 1G speed in 4G rates. @JioCare do u atleast track any complaint? Would love if I get d refund for my last data recharge. What a complete waste of everything.
