  @JioCare This is how you are resolving my issue, one your customer service agent is calling me and asking me about my data services. Your agent doesn't even know what is my issue ! So you are just trying to do formalities here and not at all working on the actual issue. Jio services Sucks

  @JioCare Data speed is very slow since last 25 days. Calling problem also. I traveled in different locations of MP but same problem. I think speed of downloads reduced by by jio. Unable to use even100mb data out of 1.5gb due to slow speed.

  @JioCare I am extremely unhappy..With reference to Service Request Number SR00001C7HWX, you should not be thankful to me for writing to you regarding my complaints , because mere "Thank you" doesnot resolve issues. Rather it is you quick service that can only do the right thing.
