    @JioCare I purchased IR pack and still even after my several requests, calls and tweets their was no network in Indonesia, ruining my whole trip and caused me huge mental trauma in a foreign land. I need compensation and refund for the same.

    @JioCare @JioCare I even emailed your team on 12 April with proper screen recordings and proof of the issue but I only received a delayed reply on 18 April saying the issue was “escalated” and would be fixed soon. Till today, nothing has actually been fixed. Stop giving false promises and improve your service. You keep increasing prices, but your service quality keeps getting worse. If this continues, I will openly escalate this everywhere and file complaints with higher authorities and telecom consumer forums. At this point, I want a complete refund for both my old and new connections. I paid properly for the service but never received stable internet or proper usage because of the continuous issues from your side. Today, I am discontinuing my Jio connection due to this poor service experience.

    i have a Jio number for which recharge was due for a long time. there is no network signal for that sim. how to know if it is active? and with which recharge package the sim could be re-activated? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Amazing customer service by @JioCare — installation failed from your side,refund still pending,and all I get is“issue escalated, please wait.”Looks like your escalation team is travelling by bullock cart. Either process the refund or stop fooling customers with automated replies.

    @JioCare voice call quality is too bad nowadays for the past 7 days for all customers. I did send a port message and even your customer care representative couldn't communicate properly. Take timely action otherwise you lose massive customers in the region. @reliancejio
