    @JioCare It has been two days since I raised complaint, a technician visit was for yesterday. No one came and wifi still not working. How do we work now?? Will you pay our bills if we aren't able to work and get paid? @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare Just wanted to know whether my area with pincode 712407 Kamarkundu has been Jio 5g enabled or not, since I got a 5g connection for some time a few days back but it never appeared again.. If not, when will the area be 5g enabled?

    @JioCare u guys only interested in new connection not at all interested in picking old fiber connection box.. since last 2 months waiting for your executive to pickup old jio fiber connection but no response at all…. And your customer care people just bang (cut) call …

    @JioCare @reliancejio We are using the connection since more then 5 years but the connection is so worse in our area i.e. 400004 and we have tried to reach the customer care but no solution. Instead @airtelindia is way better.

    Telecom network in the south Mumbai is horrible.Frequent call drops no network coverage most of the times. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. @VodaIdea_NEWS @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio very poor service … no body to reply properly .I request for invoice copies of my last four months .customer care doesn’t have authority to do same. no seniors wants to come on call .switch the Airtel .asking to write email ( need four months invoice for 912235420065)
