@JioCare sent issue details on saturday sep 04th, and till now i haven't received any resolution. everytime i send a DM, the reply is "please allow us sometime". its been 35 days, no refund yet. worst experience. not giving customer's money back #fakeRefundableDeposit #fakeJio #fraudJio

@reliancejio I am jio user last 5 years.. nice service. But Today I have enquiry about jio phone with 1 year plan, you're sales Representatives said 1650 for Jio phone with 1 year plan. Official Price is 1499 with 1 year plan, when i said I'll put complain they said no issues u can complain.

@reliancejio @JioCare I got ported to Jio and my number got activated yesterday.I was on the network for just 15 mins and since then there is no network.Whatsapp Customer care wants my address to solve my issue.I have never faced such a bad experience with any network operators
