    @JioCare @reliancejio I am a customer of Jio network.(8327494940) Ihave been complaining many times for the last three months and I have not received any solution even after complaining many times So I'm forced to port my three (3) Jio SIMs to another company tomorrow

    @JioCare If I had knew that I would be denied Technician visit for your router issue or connection issue then I wouldn't have gone with Jio fibre. I would have gone with Airtel Fibre. Atleast they provide Technician visit to check the issue

    @JioCare I waited for 10 days because of your service and the regret I felt trusting you. But today, after receiving a call from your customer care, I contacted a local service provider—and my connection was installed within just 30 minutes. That’s what real service looks like.
