@reliancejio Last 10 days, chasing Jio center, Jio customer care. BUT NO HELP! I was out of India for 4 months. could not recharge my Jio number. It got DEACTIVATED and no one in Jio is willing to help to reactivate. My KYC (ITR, AADHAAR, Bank) is on this number. Help!!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare I Raised Service Request SR0000193538 on 2.3.2022 for ultra slow network issue in Bangalore. SR closed without resolution on 12.3.2022. Today again called Jio customer care they are not taking compliant saying issue is resolved and concern noted MR00011AO5DP

@JioCare I'd raised SR000019BHC6 for connection cancellation. It has been 7+days and I havent received any call regarding device pickup and refund process. Today I raised new SR00001A2888 for same. Please escalate this as I Got no response on tollfree and jiocare email support
