    Really shameful companies like @reliancejio @JioCare cannot Act promptly in resolving fault at their end. Today is the 3rd day, my wifi is still not restored. Registered complaint on 20th may and today 22nd may. Very bad service of jio in Lucknow. Seriously ashamed of my choice

    @reliancejio I asked them to cancel as I was just waiting for bread the batter was made we were about to make sandwiches He said he will cancel it around midnight As a customer are we stupid so that you hold out money and then reverse it within 24-48 hours

    Applied for Jio AirFiber a week ago and was promised it will be installed on the same day. These mfers took the money the same day and it's been a week they keep rescheduling it every day. I had no idea that @JioCare fiber service was a scam. There is no support or customer care
