    I was thinking to port to other networks.But they planned misguide you to pay for 3 months and you can't go back till 3 months .I have made calls to jio care for 6 times in 4 days and have 2 open requests even after 3 days after the estimated time no resolution we get @JioCare

    @JioCare But why this issue came to picture after registration and payment when I clearly asked your emp if the connection can be installed here or not. He first cnfrmd me tht yes it can b installed easily as only 2 out of 8 ports are occupied and thn I shared my docs for registration.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've international SMS plan and not receiving SMS since 2 weeks. Tried reaching Call Center, online web form. No resolution. Seeking urgent help. Unable to do any banking transactions.
