    @JioCare False promises should not be committed by your rep.. He had promised to installation within 48- 72 hr.. Why false promises, customer should be apprised right thing.. By the way, pl expedite the things. Same jio fibre connection is available besides my neighbour..

    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare @reliancejio of rs2500/- has not been initiated. I have called jio fibre customer care many times but they have only generated service request no.. My service request numbers are - SR000012PET4 , SR000012WFOR, SR000012XE77. I had never imagined that(2/3)

    @reliancejio is not working ward no 41 Siliguri don bosco area. I hope we are using it for free. Its very hard to work out here. I afraid if this thing continue we all need to quit jio and switch to some other network. Hope to see some activities on this and recover this soon...

    @JioCare 03533560528 get sms from jio that my plan is upgraded. But till now not get the upliad speed+ download speed with 300mbos. Calling last 4 days customer care but not get any responce. I am a gold plan subscriber.

    @JioCare Please don't copy paste the same message again and again and please address the issue. I was doing recharge through Myjio, was redirected to Paytm, did payment there within 2 minutes and payment was successful and I was redirected to MyJio where the app just kept on loading (1/2)

I tried several times to register a complaint, and it was finally logged, but no technician has been assigned yet, and I have no information about when a visit will be scheduled. People who depend on Wi-Fi for their office work are facing serious issues. Your service has been extremely disappointing

    @JioCare Yesterday, during KYC, the service agent assured me that installation would be completed within 24 hours. Today, I was informed that the connection update has not been approved by the Jodhpur manager and installation has been delayed until tomorrow. I need immediate installation

    Customers pay for stable internet service, not endless troubleshooting messages. Either replace the faulty AirFiber setup/router immediately with proper technician support or refund my last 3 months’ payment. @JioCare please stop delaying and take real action now.
