@JioCare Providing worst ever network here on Jamia nagar. I send a massage few days ago but @JioCare Don't care about old customer even then send a single reply. Shame on you when you not able to fulfil your promises then why commiting. Reply and also refund my days in my pack.

@JioCare @JioCare Reliance Jio is a big fraud as they are not refunding my money even after so many follow ups. I have sent emails to Mukesh Ambani on his RIL official id but still nobody is bothered to resolve the issue. It is really sad state of Jio's customer service.

@JioCare had complained on 11th Oct some visited yesterday without resolution of problem. Today no internet available since afternoon. Suffering the issue for a couple of months. I have to pull on till subscription lasts i.e. may 22. If u can help
