    @reliancejio I am Jio customer from the beginning of JIO service in HP. I applied for new airfiber connection and getting worse experience with jio service provider. Payment for new connection done on 12/8 but canceled my request on 26/8 with excuse that not box available.

    @reliancejio 2. Arrogance of Jio service provider in Chamba is very high , cancelled my connection request & asked me to get connection from another service provider.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare My JioFiber has been down since yesterday morning. Multiple calls + service request SR00003FH05D, but still no engineer assigned. The status remains Assigning an engineer. How long should a customer wait without internet after raising a complaint.

    @JioCare Bhai jab do din pehle recharge kar liya to last pack khatam hone take reminder kyu dete ho? customer extra payment kar dega kya? totally unnecessary sms notifications, whatsapp and email reminders when I have already recharged.
