    @JioCare It is now 5 days gone without wifi. How much time you will need to fix the problem. You all are lazy because you get a salary just for typing on twitter and don't realise the actual problem of the customer.

    @JioCare If the issue had been resolved, I wouldn’t still be posting here after 30 days. Despite multiple complaints, escalations, and follow-ups, issue remains unresolved. Your issue-tracking and resolution process appears completely broken and unaccountable

    @JioCare my connection +91-6762316864 JioFiber is now disconnected since half an hour. Your service team is saying it will take 4 hours to resolve the issue. Sunday evening spoiled. No one should bye the bundled pack (internet plus stb). Local cable connection se tv to chalta

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare Instead of cooking such kids stories better to upgrade your services. They are w0rst nowadays. It takes you 3-4 days to attend a simple service call in Delhi
