@reliancejio Dear jio I had reached of rupees 598 on 21-07-2021 .6.18 pm Untill now I didn't get my hotstar subscriptions pack.when I asked with customer care they telling me to wait for 48 hrs. Why should I wait for 48hrs after recharge.That means jio is cheating me.

@reliancejio @JioCare last 3 days am dialing jio customer care it is disconnected. My plan was changed due to app upgrade from 399 to 199 and once I got the massage I changed again. But still not able to access OTT platform like Netflix and Amazon prime members.

I stay road side but I get range on my mobile when I went out in balcony. Whenever my friends came home they said what is this u dnt have Jio network & I tell them yes jio is just fu***ll. It’s time to switch network please give me money to port to other network @JioCare . Frauds
