    @JioCare Hi, I've already shared the reason multiple times. Sharing the reason last time here; 1. Internet speed is coming only 1 to 2 mbps since 7 days even after the engineer visit for resolution. 2. Many times router goes automatically change the IP without any reason

    @JioCare Hello Shshank, please be aware, that the first 2 days, you did not allow me create a ticket saying that it is an area wise problem, once we created a ticket yesterday, you have been pushing my slot to different hours; poor customer service.

    I had paid money for new jio fiber connection, on 20th July in surat they were supposed to install and today its 24th july but they have not done it and also there is no way to contact anyone do not know how service will be @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    Shame on @reliancejio You don't have a minimum of responsibility to restore & attend my wifi connection issue. Just routine mail reply only. Disgusting service. How long can you continue with this? Someone will displace you sooner than letter.

    @JioCare I purchased the 100 Mbps plan and activated it successfully. I also received the confirmation message. However, my internet speed is still around 30 Mbps. I have already restarted the router, but there has been no improvement. Please check and resolve the issue.
