    @JioCare I beling toPahadi Shareef area of Hyderabad. For the past three days, your service has been extremely poor and of very low quality. The response speed has been worse than even a very slow internet connection. You charge your customers the full price.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not customer support—it's a scripted response. Your advertisements promise True 5G, but your advice is to "continue using 4G." That's unacceptable for a paying customer. Escalate this to your network team and provide a real solution.

    @Dimensity45 Even I was getting constant download speed of 80 Mbps (actual) last year, but now average 5-8Mbps only. Jio need to address this issue in our area @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare, this is nothing but harassment. You are closing service requests without resolving the issue, and your own customer care team says they have no details of the closed tickets. Is this how Jio handles customer complaints? My old AirFiber device (1/3)

    @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
