    @JioCare i try to connect with customer support but 8-10 time call automatic disconnected i dont like your service and i want to discontinue my postpaid bcoz of lowest internet. i can’t load even whatsapp massages in all time worst service ever

    @JioCare. Service Request number SR000014P2WW. I am facing lot connectivity issues and the also drops throughout the day. Even after telling you to replace my Jiofiber router , the technician did not do anything about it. Replace my router immediately.

    @JioCare That's fine you may take an year to resolve now because of you guys I'm going to spend 4500 ₹ for local isp who is able to provide service with EPASS in current situation & you failed because of huge network you damn don't care about ur customers even if it could cost thier job
