    Pathetic JIO Fiber, my internet is disconnecting frequently and have complaint several time to change router, technician asking to take new connection to increase his sale, customer care asking to take 999 plan, but no one resolving problem of disconnection @JioCare @jiofiber

    @reliancejio what the hell your service is in hills of Uttarakhand. Firstly I activated e-sim on my jio number which was unsuccessful, my physical sim has lost network too. Your customer care asked to visit nearest jio centre which is the worst place. It never open.

    @JioCare I'm facing network issues since last 6 months and your ppl are giving the same stock reply that this is due to many ppl using services simultaneously! No resolution in sight. If this is the issue then porting out shd be the only solution😔
