    @JioCare No installation done till date, yet customer care says I have to pay charges from 06/06/26 onwards for a service I haven't used. Absolute harassment. Tomorrow I am heading to Consumer Court to file an official complaint with all call recordings. #ConsumerForum

    @JioCare Really such a pathetic service despite informing multiple times still facing network 🛜 issue, the speed has reduced, network is disappearing completely multiple times in a day, call drop issue. And you say the here is good coverage in this location.

    @JioCare My relocation request was raised on June 7. Cancellation request was taken up on June 9 and still we haven't been able to cancel Jio doesn't have any escalation matrix on Customer care. No way to raise complaints. I was asked to pay advance bill for getting cancellation processed
