@JioCare Big Fraud company! I regret paying for annual plan, its been 4 days issue not been resolved, they are not able to join disconnected wire! Everytime they call but do not come to solve the issue! Pathetic! Refund my complete annual plan money such a thief company!

I didn't get Jio celebration pack ...but my friend get ,this pack with no any coast and u services are too bad as other operators U didn't give us special offers like others ... totally unsatisfied @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Need to raise a complain on Jio service and customer service. I had taken connection on 26Nov21 advising the agent clearly that the service should start from 01Dec’21. But they have billed me for Nov full month and have not given me the 3+1 now disconnected

@JioCare I am unable to make/receive voice call on jio join app on mobile phone. I unistalled and reinstall the same but it is not working. I was working untill 1st march 2022 but after that suddenly it stopped working on all my mobile devices. Please do the needful SR0000192QYP
