    @JioCare And again extend the installation schedule from today to 10 th March. Pls initiate my security deposit back to my account,i don't want Jio fiber connection,so pathetic service and totally unsatisfied.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Its been 2 days since I raised connectivity issue. No technician visited. Call support was horrible. They are deliberately disconnecting call after they could not provide any assistance. Support Request number - SR0000196PHJ. Horrible support experience!!

    @JioCare I am facing the issue of slow inter connectivity in my area, for which I called to jio customer support, in response she told me that lots of people's are using internet at the same time that's why, you are facing the issue, and will solve in uncertain time.
