Hello @JioCare , regarding the issue of the extra money taken during the installation, the service ticket has been closed , and no refund for the extra amount which was paid during the installation time of JioHome has been returned Shall I assume this is how you solve it ??.

@JioCare We recently came to know that if the number is not reactivated within 90 days, it may be permanently deactivated and reassigned to another customer. This number is extremely important to us, as it is linked to bank accounts, OTP verifications, official documents.
