@Luvrboy91Sharma @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

@JioCare @reliancejio @dvoisssv I have booked the Unlimited Up and Down package but it works as my data has been exhausted even though I have 2800 GB of data left as said after calling on Jio customer care number. I always book Unlimited package but Jio gives limited data. Jio Cheats with the customer.

Internet speed of @reliancejio in my town from last 2 months is very low and in last 15 days it is 100 kbps and problems which one JIO user faces while calling a person through JIO are big, both person can’t listen voice of each other @JioCare ,wasted my money by subs 1 year plan

Dear @JioCare , Day by day your signal quality/strength is declining. I'm getting single network bar on my screen. If you charge more then atleast provide good network to customers. You are fooling me since 2 yrs by saying we r trying our best but the fact is you r doing nothing
