@JioCare 1/2 My jio sim suddenly stopped working from yedterday evening though it is inserted in sim card 1 slot it is showing no sim card.there is cross sign in the network bar place.

Hey @JioCare, why you are not coming to our location - 832111, it's a government colony with more than 1000 active broadband user. We are stuck with local ISP and B-S-N-L..... Try to expand your network fast.

@reliancejio @JioCare My Current location is Village:-Lakhnour, Dist-Madhubani, State-Bihar. JIO has own tower in this village but 4G speed below 1 MBPS. So network not stable. Indoor coverage Very poor. so how we can expect 5G. Please upgrade tower.

@JioCare I had Jio Mobile issue and i been to BTM layout Service centre and they have explained me Clearly the Process and Product and Especially Mr, Prapthi hr knows product and Process very well and Good behaviour Guy .

@RAYY5Y @reliancejio Never ever opt for jio fiber. Worst services by them. You can see tweets against these people. Really trust me one of the worst customer care services by jio. Think before u take jio services

@JioCare I raised a complaint about my Jio Fibre connection today in the morning at 6.20 a.m. I was assigned a service/complaint code. Engineer was supposed to come at 4.30 p.m. I asked the customer care to escalate my complaint on a priority basis.

them, then I returned the product on the same day i.e. on 20 oct but till today I didn't receive my whole amount. Same thing repeated with my another order again and feel I am not satisfied with service of Jio mart. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup
