At this adverse situation in Bengal there is nothing going up wellfor the citizens. As far as connectivity is concerned only Jio #jiocare @reliancejio network is coming rest Airtel and Voda has zero network in most of the areas. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel please help.

@JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

@JioCare 1/2 My jio sim suddenly stopped working from yedterday evening though it is inserted in sim card 1 slot it is showing no sim card.there is cross sign in the network bar place.

Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Hi Akshay, don't you think it is far better to share such reminders via messages and automated calls (as Jio already does). Maybe the person is in trouble and needs to make an urgent call. A 20-30 second long reminder in that case is certainly not very helpful. Just a feedback.

It took me 45 min to deliver this tweet. jio’s network is right now so terrible that i cant even able to load whtsapp messages. Trust me yours 4g speed is nowhere better than 2g speed i use to used.Its an humble request to help me out with it. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare Turning out that JIO has stopped caring for customers. Recent incident in Dehradun of not providing internet connection to senior citizen and cancelling their connection request, post payment. Forcing senior citizen to come to their office again and again.
