    @JioCare 1/2 My jio sim suddenly stopped working from yedterday evening though it is inserted in sim card 1 slot it is showing no sim card.there is cross sign in the network bar place.

    At this adverse situation in Bengal there is nothing going up wellfor the citizens. As far as connectivity is concerned only Jio #jiocare @reliancejio network is coming rest Airtel and Voda has zero network in most of the areas. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel please help.

    Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare 2/2 i removed my sim reinserted it but it is still not working my jio no. 9609341582 and present location p.i.n-711312 Plz get back to me on my alternate no-8348717472. Plz solve the issue..

    @JioCare I am not complaining about JioFiber service in my area, instead I'm asking for a new Jio Fiber connection at my residence at Newtown, Kolkata-700156, almost from past 3 months, Give me the JioFibre connection first! And kindly read the message b4 replying. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had complaint on 31 st July of internet not working (SR00001CLV30) but still no one came for resolution every time appointment is rescheduled automatically without my consent, its been 5th day that my jio fiber internet is not working.

    @JioCare Team, It's been 4 days since I have raised an incident, still no resolution, the internet is not working. Please tell me if I should go to a different service provider and ask them to install a new connection, and the money which I paid to JIO is some kind of Charity or in vain.

    @JioCare Also, what's about calling two days soon? Using vague terms doesn't help. It only shows how much games you are playing with your customers when you can't even keep transparency. I'm sure when it comes to billing cycle, two days late payment won't be counted in "I paid it sooner."

    @JioCare The issue is still not fixed and giving a resolutions to login to jio using my Vodafone number. I don't know who have provided my number for their jio alternative no. Kindly correct that and close this.
