In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government services to provide better support than Jio nowadays. As per my understanding, the issue is with the router installed at my home. Kindly troubleshoot it properly and replace the router ASAP. Need a permanent resolution, not repeated closures.
