@JioCare I recharged a Jio num using Jio App. I need an invoice for it but can't get one on the Jio App. Called up your support team but the representative said he will connect to his supervisor and cut the call. The current recharge history only shows transaction on my number.

Disappointed on how these marketing nerds sells the Jio Fiber to people with a false promise for 24X7 Support . I urge senior management of @reliancejio @JioCare to look into it . I tried every possible way to connect with local Jio support , recieved a rude behaviour .
