@JioCare Thats the prblm, Appointment date and time has passed, same thing you ppl were doing when i was asking to fix my connection, but no engineer visit happened for almost a week, which forced me to cancel the connection, and now the same is happening with cancellation request

@JioCare Registered mobile number:99995 53239 It’s been more than month and I haven’t received refund of my disconnected Jio fiber service and I am not getting any response over email/call so, I have filled a complaint to National consumer and here is the docket number: 3531511.
