@tatasravan_sai Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

@abhisden @airtelindia @reliancejio Jio is another starring element in this - they will take adance for trial, and then on their own they will change the appointment dates and you will never come to know as you don't get any notification. So do not trust that if you take Jio everything will be good.

@JioCare @reliancejio SR00001A4HEX.I booked slot for 29 March 1-2 pm for jio set top box.I waited the whole day and no communication from jio. I called twice to customer care to raise complaint and they are saying they can't & cut my call.pathetic service from jio.wont recommend
