@JioCare My 1st number 5g network is there but in my 2nd number I am unable to get 5g network, both the number having same plan and are in same device which is a 5g handset and jio 5g is launched in Kolkata. Please look into it as earliest as possible.

@JioCare Hi @jagograhakjago please look into this isue, JIO is supporting people to commit fraud with existing customers. They don't even bother to address the issue even after multiple reminders and raising complaint.

@jio_fiber @JioCare I had applied for jio fiber to be installed from the MyJio app since 2 days. There is no response from anyone. So it seems either Jio doesn't want to increase their customers or else their infrastructure is not ready for the customers. Again a bad experience.
