@dutta_sripurna @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

@JioCare From past 6 months @JioCare is getting worst network for the Internetspeed.I had been registered numbers of complaints regarding it, but nobody solve the issue of slow internet speed. Please fix this issue ASAP! Neither Iwould switch to another Network provider very soon
