  @JioCare This is a village-wide network issue, not a problem with my individual connection. All Jio users in our village are experiencing weak signals, loss of 5G, and poor network coverage. Whenever there is a power cut, the network drops further and stays on weak 4g.

Your internet service is very worst and very slow poor in the world. So I switched to another service provider. I am user of jio family of 13 years but I am still not able to connect with them.

  @JioCare @JioHotstar Jio says my JioHotstar subs is active till 18 Aug 2026. JioHotstar says there is no active subscription. Both statements are in writing. As a customer, am I expected to believe Jio or JioHotstar? The entitlement exists acc to Jio, yet the app asks me to
