    @JioCare @trai every time I raise a complaint against internet slow issue and u just give me a complaint no and after two days always u provide that at ur location we are working to resolve it from last 3 months u r working but unable to solve issue

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare . The internet connection has stopped for everyone here in Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal. Be it 4g or 5g. It was working fine till 9:00 am. Please fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare You guys have the worst customer service. My internet has been interrupted from last two weeks and whenever I try to call you, all I get is an AI response. You don’t allow me connect to a human. Not able to raise a ticket for internet shutdown.

    @JioCare Took my money. Couldn’t provide the service. Cancelled the order due to no network coverage. Still haven’t refunded me. Multiple complaints. Zero resolution. Zero accountability. Is this how Jio treats customers? Order: NO0001CZXYVS #Jio #RefundPending

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst AI implementation on 198 . I call to register complaint, but AI keeps on saying " Mai apki madad kr sakti hu" in place of asking to connect customer service associate. Worst ever I experienced. I have urgent complaint about voucher ,but still no help

    @JioCare f you check ur customer call recordings, the customer care execs have been lying, stating that the sim would be delivered the same day, but there still hasnt been a solution to this. Why cant the delivery executive be changed - and the sim be delivered. payments made 14 days ago

    @reliancejio @JioCare Im unable to use your jio fiber due to technical issue.Ur customers executive thinks that he/she is a network engineer,he tried every way possible bt couldn't resolve my issue & he won't assign any executive visit my place. Please suggest a way 2 resolve.
