@JioCare I have called many times to the customer and talked on chat no solution has come out. It's been 2 year in my area network problem is going on and there is call dropping problem. There is no solution for internet speed is slow. There are more than 20 houses in my area.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have received a MSG just now that an engineer visit has been re-scheduled for tomorrow 16th. Mind you I raised the ticket on 13th Sept. And after the last engineer visited and his tweaks my fiber connection completely stopped working. Need immediate help.
