    @jio_fiber, @jagograhakjago, @JioCare Since the installation, my WIFI is not working. Almost more than 1 week. Even after complaint engineer is not visiting and and saying customer not available. Request ID is SR 00003ANPUK. Please send the engineer ASAP after 6PM.

    @JioCare today again appointment was shared , technician didn't visit. Tried to close the service request and i reponed it. You have the worst support and zero accountability. Your escalation matrix is also of no use.

    @JioCare It is not resolved. This answer has been given many times without understanding that I lost my card without getting connected to intl roaming as i lost phone in Flight, Do i need to spend 50K INR to fly back and get card? Or do you really want to help to do sim replacement?

    Why has my SIM been deactivated even though I paid the bill? If my SIM isn't reactivated within half an hour, then deactivate itpermanently. There are other service providers who offer better network services than you. @reliancejio @JioCare who didn’t even care
