  Hi, I'm Sriram Gottipati. I have a Jio sim (9908887337) that got deactivated on 1st Dec 2022. I'm in USA, not able to activate it as biometric is required. Is there any way that we can activate it. I have contactedjio store also. Please HELP! @JioCare @reliancejio

  @reliancejio @JioCare Its time to port the number from Jio to Airtel as my number is not switched to 5G get even though I have 5G smartphone with valid data pack. I don't understand why my number is still not getting 5G signal so enable it else I'll port all the Jio numbers

  @reliancejio @JioCare Now JIO is fail yo provide his services in Delhi NCR. No nerwork, weak signal, call drop, wrong connection, bad internet conectivity. I dont know why everyone is going for 5G but truth is 4G is not working very well.
