    @JioCare @trai every time I raise a complaint against internet slow issue and u just give me a complaint no and after two days always u provide that at ur location we are working to resolve it from last 3 months u r working but unable to solve issue

    @JioCare Logged 3–4 complaints for getting only 15–20 Mbps on my 100 Mbps plan, yet zero action taken! Fix this connection within 24 hours OR issue a full refund immediately. I will not pay for service you fail to deliver. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio This is absolutely unacceptable & extremely frustrating. We have been continuously following up, but no action has been taken and the issue remains unresolved. SR: SR00003DPAQT SR: SR00003ED2RF How many more follow-ups are required before someone actually takes resp.

    As I have already explained in my previous communications, I am currently outside India, the physical SIM is in India, and the eSIM that was installed on my phone was accidentally deleted. I am therefore not able to access or use the Jio service. @JioCare #jio
