    @JioCare @trai every time I raise a complaint against internet slow issue and u just give me a complaint no and after two days always u provide that at ur location we are working to resolve it from last 3 months u r working but unable to solve issue

    @JioCare If a complaint stands unresolved for more than a day, it is better not to use the system. When the time was scheduled for today between 12 to 1 pm, the eng. Should have informed about delay,if any. 9nus lies with the Eng not with customer.
