@reliancejio Mobile data is very slow, raised complaint multiple times and spoke to customer care, no resolution yet.And we are talking about 5G. It’s core of Hyderabad city. Area: Sri Ram Nagar Colony, Puppalaguda. Service is pathetic.

@JioCare Uninterrupted connectivity was the USP which kept me with #reliance #JioFiber these 2 years but lately it's deteriorating.nearly 2 days of down time is not a good thing for a consumer. Request you to provide a permanent fix for this issue as early as possible

@JioCare U understand so 1can safely assume that u r unable to manage network, it’s been over 108hrs & u hv not bn able to restore net connection. Vn 1 calls ur helpline automated msg says they will look into the matter, on WhatsApp no help now day 5 without net, ur service is HORRIBLE
