    Should have chosen @airtelindia over @JioCare I regret choosing Jio as my internet service provider. It is ridiculous how I am struggling to connect with a human since a month.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio fiber connection. I am literally disappointed by ur services. From last some many days I am facing one issue that wifi is not working. Red light is blinking and i amenable to use the same. Despite so many complaints no one addressing the issue.

    @JioCare Sales executive promised 1 day installation. It's been 6 days and nothing has happened. When is the engineer coming? Give me the exact date and time. Is my full refund processed? Service is not active. You only made fake commitments to make the sale.

    @JioCare I completed JioFiber payment and KYC, but no one has installed the connection. The assigned executive isn't responding, and support is hard to reach. Order tracking falsely shows Installation & Activation completed. Please check and resolve ASAP.

    I got the ₹699 JioHotstar Annual Mobile plan in Nov 2025 (valid till Nov’26). It included Hollywood content, & I’ve been watching it without any issues. Today, suddenly, Hollywood content was blocked and I’m asked to upgrade to the ₹2,099 Premium plan. @JioHotstar @JioCare

    @JioCare @bhairavmehta_ if you're using a vpn and getting slow speeds try checking if it has a kill switch like cyberforget's which can help prevent traffic leaks when it disconnects
