    @JioCare, very unfortunate & sad... My complaint does not resolved... In hurry I make an wrong recharge of Jio 99+20(IUC), rather smartphone recharge, now I'm unable to use this recharge, @JioCare is saying do a new recharge for smartphones, this we doesn't expected...

    @reliancejio @TRAI Jio is the worst 4g service provider in professor colony mathura UP. Condition is such worst that most of the time not able to surf any web site. Don't know why #TRAI is providing impunity to #Jio

    @JioCare please make this recharge work or give me an alternative to change the current recharge that I done in today's morning... Current recharge is of no use for me... We didn't expected @reliancejio dose like this to there customer... Infact all my family uses Jio..

    @JioCare I have messaged you several times, go to your inbox. One more thing, I bought a booster plan of 6GB which is expired within 2 hours without any extreme usage. If this kind of service you are providing then just ask for money from us. Stop robbing us.

    @reliancejio @rsprasad @ril_foundation facing speed issue with Jio in professor colony mathura UP. Gov wants online work but it is not possible with such low speed. Regarding the same mailed JIO and TRAI many times but found no resolution till now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare, I've NO shame in calling this a fraud tactics of jio... Current plan is not working on my smartphone, today's morning I made recharge & now u'r saying do a New recharge... Making the profit from customer's compulsion @JioCare -- hope u provide resolution.

    Jio net speed very poor at Mathura location. Regarding this concern escalate then same excuse coming from customer care that speed slow due to user increase and team is working on this. Plan rate high day by day but net speed not improving till time. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My jio fiber No. is 01135593610. Due to poor internet speed I have returned back my instruments within the trial period. 2nd September refund was initiated & according to #Jiocare within 4 working days amount will credited. Still not amount was credited. How long should I wait??
