    @reliancejio @TRAI Jio is the worst 4g service provider in professor colony mathura UP. Condition is such worst that most of the time not able to surf any web site. Don't know why #TRAI is providing impunity to #Jio

    @JioCare, very unfortunate & sad... My complaint does not resolved... In hurry I make an wrong recharge of Jio 99+20(IUC), rather smartphone recharge, now I'm unable to use this recharge, @JioCare is saying do a new recharge for smartphones, this we doesn't expected...

    @dmmathura7512 sir please help here. @JioCare is cheating with their customers, they took the 3 month service fee in advance from me and it's been almost half month since the internet not working and they are not even fixing it. It's impacting my work and studies

    @reliancejio @JioCare, I've NO shame in calling this a fraud tactics of jio... Current plan is not working on my smartphone, today's morning I made recharge & now u'r saying do a New recharge... Making the profit from customer's compulsion @JioCare -- hope u provide resolution.

    @JioCare I have messaged you several times, go to your inbox. One more thing, I bought a booster plan of 6GB which is expired within 2 hours without any extreme usage. If this kind of service you are providing then just ask for money from us. Stop robbing us.

    @hkmaurya4u @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Thank you dost. I was an Airtel postpaid user from 2006 to 2016. Since 2016, I am using as prepaid. I never approached Jio for free services. I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.

    @JioCare By writing "We wish to set things right", things don't set themselves right. You need to move from your seats in ivory tower & fix the issue. It is exactly a month since the system is down. How do you expect someone to survive in such a scenario? Stop taking customers for a ride.

    @JioCare Relocation of my JioFiber connection (SR: LR000015LTQI) was scheduled for 31 May. Instead of relocating the connection, Jio suspended my existing service and has left me without internet. This level of customer service is unacceptable. #CustomerService
