    @JioCare I'm facing calling issue, I complained about it many times but I didn't get solutions yet.

    What a bad network it has been in my locality. I request @JioCare @reliancejio to improve it immediately. The called are being dropped. PIN number for location is 212655. It is Khaha under fatehpur district in Uttar Pradrsh.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sir i am from bhiwandi (Maharashtra)jio internet does not work in my area and calling also gets cut again and again you can get jio internet right in my area as soon as possible do or else we will have to go to other network

    @JioCare I am looking to switch my connection from prepaid to postpaid. But your customer case is saying that I cannot make ISD calls from postpaid without the 501 ISD pack which will be valid for just 28 days. How pathetic is this. If this is true, I will switch to @airtelindia

    It has been more than 2 months I am struggling with Jio and my family to as we all have taken Jio Numbers net is just disastrous and @JioCare Can't do anything. It's time to shift to some other network @JioCare They don't value customers!

    @TRAI @DoT_India the @JioCare has blocked me from reaching the customer care through 198 , after several complaints still my slow speed and call drop issue is not resolved.
