    What a bad network it has been in my locality. I request @JioCare @reliancejio to improve it immediately. The called are being dropped. PIN number for location is 212655. It is Khaha under fatehpur district in Uttar Pradrsh.

    @JioCare Still I am being asked today for a valid visa copy. Again. JioCare email asks to reach out to onground staff in India, I am in Ireland. My emergency contact went to onground staff, they say to reach out to JioCare by email. Are you guys serious to resolve the issue or not?

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Can you please let me know an effective way to escalate an issue? I had fiber internet and the service was good I upgraded and the service engineer used my new number he did not close the old one. Now I am getting harassed for payment for 2 bills.

    @JioCare They are making fool to customers by providing number on the name of appellate authority, but it goes to the same customer care number, no resolution till date - the worst service provided by JIO to their customers

    @reliancejio in Bhim ussd code*99# not working.BHIM UPI is a Government of India initiative. On which bank transactions can be checked and processed by dialing USSD *99#, without any internet, but there is no *99# dial in Jio.
