    @reliancejio my complaint number is sr000016pza1 on 18/9/21 at 18:41 promised to resolve in 24 hrs Now it's 17:00 on 19/9/21 gone still pending Jio have to improve its service . Thinking to recharge my Tata sky it's very good in customer service.

    @JioCare after performing recharge twice it is not reflecting on app(money debited ), and I have tried other options to recharge my jio fibre again I am not able to recharge, there so called customer support is not responding here, pathetic services

    @JioCare complaining about poor internet for over a week now, chose a visit slot for 11 AM - 12 PM today, no revert yet. Terrible customer service, just asking me to pay 2000 and upgrade the modem that was installed less than a year ago @JioFiber
