  @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

  @JioCare It was a deliberate show of authority by your technician. His actions disrupted my connection live. I saw him pull the wires and work on the box still he was arguing with me and didn't even check the connector. This is not good customer service to be honest. 2/2

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Details shared via DM, including the engineer’s details. Your technician came when my internet was already slow, cut/disconnected the wire and left, then refused to restore it and told me to call an electrician. It’s been 10 DAYS. No more excuses. FIX IT.

  @TRAI Yes, Jio has a low internet speed (not 5G for sure) in our area. Despite raising concerns through their app, no resolution. The customer reps say that they are working on it. I have screenshots of the chats. They charge a lot but don't provide good service. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio — Service Request SR00003E3GDZ has been closed three times without a single technician visit or even a proper call to me. My request is simple: shift the JioFiber cable passing through a neighbouring plot where construction is underway and could damage the cable.

  @JioCare It has been more than 1 month of continue complaining, check your DM and my X posts,once I called your customer care executive, he clearly said there will be no improvement, use it as it is.
