  @JioCare Why not solving my problem? I have 3 handset with 3 different jio number and facing frequently call drop issue, On my last complain your dum enginner said this is my handset issue and not resolve my problem. Kindly check properly or change engineer.

  @JioCare poorest of knowledge levels of customer support and in-store people. Harrassment of greatest level. Two times visit at store no resolution. 5 times call at 198 no resolution. Wastage of time illiterate staff @reliancegroup @reliancejio

  @JioCare Hi, Since 2 days I have been facing high ping issues on my PlayStation. It seems that I getting connected to a server close to China/Singapore. Ping comes down when I use my Mobile hotspot, which makes me believe it's an issue with the WiFi. Location- Kalkaji, ND 19
