  @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I had jio fiber connection for 3 yrs which i wanted to tranfer ,jio had no service before which i was made to pay advance rent of Rs 1047 and relocation charge Rs 1250. I haven't received the refund so far 10 days after submitting the set top box and router

  @JioCare Services of Jio fiber are extremely bad in entire locality. 6 faults during 26July and 25August - more than 1/wk in. Latest- SR00002NPD3Q. No need to ask for DM. You may get all details and history from above. Folks, avoid them, they are overloaded and understaffed.
