    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Plz check your network quality in mohalla- chaurakher khaga fatehpur up pincode 212655.... Your company network is very poor and service is very bad.. Neither call connect nor data operated.. I m disappointed your service

    What a bad network it has been in my locality. I request @JioCare @reliancejio to improve it immediately. The called are being dropped. PIN number for location is 212655. It is Khaha under fatehpur district in Uttar Pradrsh.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Reliance, The area of Mahipalpur, Delhi is suffering from Internet from last week. Even after complaining multiple times no action is taken. I think jio is going to losse thousands of customers because of this issue. Thanks

    @reliancejio Please Fix you consumer relationship team first. I haven’t got my jio fiber refund yet, after 1000 mails and calls still they say keep waiting. I have waited for more than 4 months and still only got partial refund. Jio is so bad at consumer services.
