    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    What a bad network it has been in my locality. I request @JioCare @reliancejio to improve it immediately. The called are being dropped. PIN number for location is 212655. It is Khaha under fatehpur district in Uttar Pradrsh.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi,im faceing a major call drops since last 4-5 days very frequently and also 4GLTE very slow 1 network bar when use flight mode than 3-4 bar means full range and within 30 mints aagain same problem.and 5G almost zero coverage 75-100% but speed slow (iph 13)

    Paid amount for jio airfiber connection but technician not responded for installation...such a worst service it is.. @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps

    @JioCare @JioCare The internet has been down since July 2. The technician visit was scheduled for July 3, then rescheduled to July 4, and again to July 5. That is already a 2-day delay, so how can you say it is on time?
