    @JioCare Plz check your network quality in mohalla- chaurakher khaga fatehpur up pincode 212655.... Your company network is very poor and service is very bad.. Neither call connect nor data operated.. I m disappointed your service

    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    I booked @reliancejio fibernet connection on 2-Aug & clearly told the agent that installation will be done in morning hours only. He agreed for installation on 3-Aug but still waiting for technician for installation. Please cancel my request and refund the money. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare extremely unhappy with jio connection and service providers. technician who comes to resolve the matter is unaware of any details and is unable to solve the issue,they never end up coming on time.Even customer care of no use Thank you #Unhappyjiocustomer

    @JioCare after 48 hours, the service is finally restored. There was no prior notice. Every service channel was walled by bots. No info about service restoration time and what was happening. Very much irritated.

    Your service request number is SR00001CN5YX. New installation but TV setup box both working since installation. Did not work even before installation guys but no luck. Poor service JIO Fibre !!! @JioCare

    @reliancejio Wrong promises, delayed responses and what not. It's chaotic now to even expect you guys to actually work on customer satisfaction. It's WORK FROM HOME and you guys still care not what the customer might go through or lose.

    @JioCare i have a raised a concern through DM and I didn't even get a single reply from you till now. What kind of service is this?? Instead of 100mpbs, my whole apartment people getting 3mbps speed and still u r not even replying to anyone through my jio app and even here.
