@JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

The same problem again. Poor service @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio No speed, no customer care, worst service as soon as the payment is made. Less than 10 Mbps on a 150 Mbps plan.

@Airtel_Presence Listen i have unlimited pack for one year that recharge covers std call also then why i am unable to call that number. And your customer case told me to recharge in main balance, when i use @JioCare the call get connect with unlimited pack.
