    Switching to #jioesim is a pain. The customer care is unable to help. I am COVID positive how can I be asked to visit jio store. Left with no data, voice or text facility for over 4 days @reliancejio plz take a note

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup subscribers: 4. If you have a high BP problem never call the call centre it's the worst set of executives who read the script 5. Never ever raise a concern as will not raise any 6. If they open one, they will close it without informing you

    @manukumarjain @RedmiIndia @reliancejio I recharged my device which is Redmi Note 10 Pro containing jio sin with ₹349 a month ago. I was supposed to get Vouchers of ₹70 but I didn't got them till this day. I am disappointed in the service of Jio and Redmi.

    @JioCare there is no network here in hebballi dharwad district since last night. Can you please look into it. 13000 subscribers are suffering this network and people are asked by other Telcom service provider to port from jio. And many of them initiated also.

    @JioCare Aaryan I am still awaiting a resolution. The are in charge infmd last evening that the external work is over. Now they hv waiting to send techinician to my res to check router. Please confirm the same and send someone ASAP as my complain is since 19 Apr Jio router 022-35509150

    @JioCare @reliancejio There has been no network of jio in my area in last 36 hours. The area is Hakimpet, medchal district of Hyderabad. Due to this we are facing lots of trouble. It is showing no service and we are unable to call or access internet. Kindly help.
