    @reliancejio you are launching 5g or already launched in many areas but in my phone I am facing connectivity problem from last 4months, if this is your 5g service pls work on 4g only.

    @JioCare if you want , noone call you then choose jio because the internet speed and jio network is not available on this perticular area . It's time to quit jio and replace it by @airtelindia network.even by a single call you can talk to someone on this @airtelindia network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare from last Sunday I had an issue with my jio Fiber internet was not working. so I contacted the customer service they asked me for my free time when an engineer can visit so asked them to visit on Monday they told me they ll visit

    Hi @JioCare I am trying to upgrade my queued annual jio fiber plan to a higher speed plan but it's stuck and says existing transaction in process. Please fix this so I can upgrade. My Jio fiber number is in DM. Thanks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network has become extremely poor. Unable to make calls. The phone doesn't ring. Should I consider a switch to @airtelindia or are you going to solve this problem?

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare sir you need to get your JIO caller, technical and twitter handler area updated. On Twitter no one responds. Call center call gets disconnected always and technical issue cannot be resolved visiting JIO stores

    @JioCare I just change my esim to physical sim with the circle change, your executive advised me to delete my esim, I did the same now my number is off and there is no network in my physical sim. What to do ? @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm using ur fiber from past 3 years and I didn't have any complaints. Now, when I connect to my office vpn internet is going down from 16th Jan which was working very well earlier. Customer care is closing complaint without resolution.
