    @JioCare if you want , noone call you then choose jio because the internet speed and jio network is not available on this perticular area . It's time to quit jio and replace it by @airtelindia network.even by a single call you can talk to someone on this @airtelindia network.

    @reliancejio you are launching 5g or already launched in many areas but in my phone I am facing connectivity problem from last 4months, if this is your 5g service pls work on 4g only.

    @JioCare You should not. If we are paying the amount for pack 2Gb we have to use it without any issue. If users are increase please ask team to increase in network and internet. If you want to decrease users for increased your internet network then I will ask 7 villeges people port number

    Very poor signal strength of Jio mobile at our area Abhyudaya nagar, Chintal Kunta, Hyderabad-74 since long time, it is very sad the issue is not rectified yet. Ambani talking about big things, but what is this ? Is this not a big issue @reliancejio

    @JioCare We have registered for Jio gigafiber and paid 2500 Rs in advanced almost 2 weeks ago still no steps taken in Berhampore, Murshidabad. Very poor service, the employees not responding properly to our questions and bad behavior.
