    @reliancejio you are launching 5g or already launched in many areas but in my phone I am facing connectivity problem from last 4months, if this is your 5g service pls work on 4g only.

    @JioCare if you want , noone call you then choose jio because the internet speed and jio network is not available on this perticular area . It's time to quit jio and replace it by @airtelindia network.even by a single call you can talk to someone on this @airtelindia network.

    @JioCare Actually these kind of response I got from customer care also but no one called till no from 9th Nov till today. I have called to everyone and asked for collection and instalation of new connection. In twitter also got same treatment that they call will and collect. @reliancejio

    Hello @JioCare , Had gr8 JioFIber experience in Mumbai & persauded my parents in Kolkata to switch to JioFiber. Extremely inept field service. Our complaint is open since early Nov & no resolution despite multiple follow-ups. Pls HELP before my parents strike me off their will!
