    @JioCare @reliancejio - I have done Jio Fiber booking for my parents Home at D1 Victorian Palace, kheme ka Kuan, Shobhawton ki Dhani, Jodhpur, the person informed they can not give this service, however reliance jio has given some connections in the society... Can anyone one help

    Why is it that Jio's 4G network still isn't consistently stable in village areas? It's puzzling why video streaming, internet searching, and even Gemini don't function properly indoors. Whenever I visit a village, my internet-related tasks come to a halt. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioFiber @reliancejio Pathetic service. Internet down for 5 days. Engineer visits repeatedly missed/rescheduled without consent. Customer care doesn’t allow escalation-calls disconnect. Forced to rely on mobile hotspot, extra cost & constant disruptions. Fix this immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Patna, Bihar: For 4 days my Jio complaint is held/rejected. Technician calls saying “I'll reach in 1 hour” but then ignores calls & cancels visit. No service, no resolution. Need urgent escalation for Bihar region! @JioCare please resolve. #JioComplaint 😤😡

    Very bad service by Jio Fiber. After recharging the plan, it's still not working, and there's no support from Jio's side. Even the customer care number is not working, and the chat option is also unavailable. Very bad service.@JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare Problem with all devices and at almost every website including YouTube video surfing and Iphone16 pro max currently running on latest updates some redmi phones with Android version 13 and on my pc and ipad same issue and speed is showing only 1mbps what you want say am i lying 😤

    Dear @JioCare, Since 15 Nov, my internet is not working properly (night & morning both). I always complain on Jio complaint number, but still no resolution. It’s been 4+ months and I can’t even use 5% of my data. This is unacceptable. Fix this urgently. #Jio #JioCare #NetworkIssu

    I really disappointed with @JioCare service. I requested a recharge cancellation, but instead of proper support, the customer care executive behaved unprofessionally, didn’t resolve my issue, and abruptly ended the call. This is not just poor service #jiocustomerservice #jiocare
