    @reliancejio I have got three numbers from Jio and facing network issue on all of them. Advisor hung up on me when asked for resolution such is the service offered by Jio. They don't care at all. They got customer base somehow but where is the service. I am planning to switch now

    @JioCare your #JioFiber service engineers and booking agents are simply horrendous liars. They call 3 times to get a booking and then don't answer when it's time to install the service at the predefined time.

    @JioCare Team , my complaint regarding jio call and jio fibre issue is yet to be resolved , had complaint for the same on 19th Aug .. !! Further in my jio app the regd mobile no is showing as changed whereas you people are still calling and sending messages on the old no. !!

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, My Bharat Fibre is not working since the last couple of days. No response from concerned team. Kindly bring accountability to yourself as I am paying for the service and I expect services. Otherwise @JioCare is always available for me to switch sides !!

    @JioCare 2 jio agency guys come & convince me that jio fibre network will cover total area of the house.They get the form filled & line up installation after payment Post installation 3/4th out of coverage.Following up with me to get OTP to mark installation complete #jiofraud
