    @JioCare if you want , noone call you then choose jio because the internet speed and jio network is not available on this perticular area . It's time to quit jio and replace it by @airtelindia network.even by a single call you can talk to someone on this @airtelindia network.

    @reliancejio you are launching 5g or already launched in many areas but in my phone I am facing connectivity problem from last 4months, if this is your 5g service pls work on 4g only.

    @reliancejio I am a loyal Jio Customer since the time it is launched, but the issue which i raised long back about poor network is still not resolved. Getting just about 0.25Mbps speed under the name of 4G, living in Tata colony, Mulund East, which is a city area.

    @JioCare I hv ported my number to jio 3-4 months back. Initially good network but now it’s worst. I m facing minimum 10 call drops in 2 mins call. Can’t able to attend web call at all due to bugging. Repeated assurance on complaint that from u we will resolve it very soon. Poor !

    @JioCare Problem is still not resolved. Again spoken to service person at jio. Interaction No MR0000ZETO9E. Problem is coming since last night. No need for apology or anything just fix it. I regret purchasing jio because this problem is very frequent now.

    @ArpitaSharad If you are not getting the solution its better to switch to some other operator. I have had good experience with @reliancejio why don't give it a chance.

    My JIO sim is on my father name and I want that on my name ,because during any problem he is not available. As your executive, sim authority cannot be transferred Sol 1: pot my sim to Airtel with same number . But I don’t want to leave JIO. So give me sol. @JioCare @reliancejio
