@JioCare no service after sales, I am facing lot of trouble. Every time puts my complaint was on hold without talking to me. Jio is pathetic in service after sales. They don't have time for old customers.

@SamsungIndia @JioCare I am using samsung S20 fe 5g but till now no jio 5g network in my phone do the needful inspite of blaming each other otherwise jio customers will switch to airtel & definitely I will prefer redmi realmi One plus phones over samsung from next time

@reliancejio, I am very frustrated by JIO customer care. Issues list 1. Not received bill for December 2022. SR00001GFK4F was raised but old bill is sent on mail to me as resolution. 2. Received bill for Oct and Nov on mailing 100 times to @JioCare . CC: @MukeshAmbani

@airtelindia now ur team said payment was pending whch was cleared on 2nd day aftr we received ur call.@reliancejio now ur team is saying its been not processed frm @airtelindia .what are we suppose to do already waited fr 1 week without any network nor jio or airtel wtf.

@JioCare I ported my no. From @Airtel_Presence to jio. But the network is worse. It has been only 85 days I'm gonna recharge Today so after 90 days I can request for the port to revert to Airtel. Thank you jio for GHATIYA NETWORK.
