    @JioCare No response, no help no reply. Only lip service on Twitter to show that you are answering when you're just typing out an automatic message to show that you're responding to the issue, while doing nothing else. It's like police registering complaint but doing nothing after

    Hello @JioCare, our phone connection (landline) provided with Jio GigaFiber fiber is not working from the past week. We have put a complaint using myJio app "Your service request number is SR000011M67T. You will receive an update by 11/07/2020 12:53" but received no service yet.

    @JioCare hi. No response to my post about dreadful internet. Let everyone viewing this also know that Jio will respond on Twitter for the public to see but will ignore on DM. It's just a show. Internet doesn't work for 12 hours per day, nobody will help either

    @reliancejio @haptik People actually don't use these tools. It's just another tougher way to read a simple FAQ section of a website. Alexa / Google Assistants are still something one can play with but in general when you need support, you need another human in other end.

    @JioCare How can u say that coverage in my area is Good when d Speed Test shows a bad network. If there are many users u hv to set up more cell sites & beef up yr network. You guys have been promising a new cell site since last 3 years. Only when customers leave, will yr network improve.

    @reliancejio I have been trying to relocate my jio fiber for last 2 days from App, and your customer care The request is getting rejected from your system with all valid details. Additionally, the customer care isn't able to provide solution when the service is available at dest.
