@JioCare In my area there are lacks of jio user please try to upgrade your network by installing new Towers in our area we are facing this problem from more than a year if jio can't take steps in this matter then we&our society peoples going to leave jio family and Port to another network

@reliancejio Yesterday I took fiber connection and 2day I have to say NO to fiber service. B4 installing nobody aware of static IP ONLY said use for 30 days if not satisfied then return. Also now they r saying 15 days time to refund money. Mislead. Disappointed. Plz be upfront.

@reliancejio Having issues with Jio Router. First,doesn't easily recharges.second,gives misleading message and makes me re charge again. Finally,doesn't work. Next day it starts and abysmally slow. Upload and download speed less than 1.

@reliancejio Being one of the leading in the country, u should shame of your @JioCare service. My fibre is down for 3 days and today technician visit and told me it will take 2/3 days to fix it. That also in metro city. A hell of after sale service.

@JioCare Wow this is now so fast got second call and all of sudden the resolution is to disconnect as @JioCare is not able to resolve, I have invested 3000 rs for wire and 2500 rs for installation if you revert back all my money including this month recharge money it will be so kind
