@JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber is providing worst after sales service. They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

@jio @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my Jio Phone 6291259755 with Rs 149 through paytm, my recharge was successful and Operator Reference i.e, 7609060950 also generated by pay paytm but till now recharge waa not succesful. Jio care was unable to help.kindly look forward

@JioCare It's already more than 8 days and I am expected to wait for another 72 hours..... Great...... How other ISPs have managed to restore 4-5 days back. There is a serious issue with after sales service of JioFiber.

Jio network is down. My WhatsApp number is different from Jio number. I use JioFi router only for internet. Jio number is not used for calling. MyJio app is not able to detect Jio SIM. Laptop is unable to connect with JioFi due to Jio network outage! @reliancejio #jio
