    @reliancejio I am facing severe network issues and data sped is very very poor at pincode 700107. Both jio phones at home giving trouble whereas other network working fine... Please revert and resolve...

    @reliancejio must know why static ip requires now a days also educate people to inform terms and condition clearly instead of pushing for sale. Other service providers already providing static ip why not @reliancejio

    @JioCare The technician was supposed to come and do the needful and redress the complaint by 11am. But has since not able to come till now. Not have recused the phone no of the person

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI jio team my jio fibre is not working since 30th December. I have launched so many complaints. But no 1 is visited to resume the service.i would request you to resume my service asap else refund my whole money so I can take another service 9331850016

    @JioCare your internet strength is very poor, within a distance of 20 -30 metres the wifi strength goes down to 1/2. I have been trying to solve it, I have to stay in one-room to work...

    @JioCare there is no one to resolve a simple issue .We are facing issue from last 48 hrs.Customer care did not bothered about the issue .Complaint showing resolved but no tecnician visited even contacted to us.Customer care now disconnecting call.Jiofiber SR000013RS73.

    Is there any way to speak to a customer care executive from @reliancejio for #JioFibre? Your employees took 2.5k from me as advance for #JioFibre and installation executives said the connection to my flat cannot be given! How do I get my money back!

    @JioCare In my area there are lacks of jio user please try to upgrade your network by installing new Towers in our area we are facing this problem from more than a year if jio can't take steps in this matter then we&our society peoples going to leave jio family and Port to another network

    @reliancejio Being one of the leading in the country, u should shame of your @JioCare service. My fibre is down for 3 days and today technician visit and told me it will take 2/3 days to fix it. That also in metro city. A hell of after sale service.

    @reliancejio Having issues with Jio Router. First,doesn't easily recharges.second,gives misleading message and makes me re charge again. Finally,doesn't work. Next day it starts and abysmally slow. Upload and download speed less than 1.

    @reliancejio Yesterday I took fiber connection and 2day I have to say NO to fiber service. B4 installing nobody aware of static IP ONLY said use for 30 days if not satisfied then return. Also now they r saying 15 days time to refund money. Mislead. Disappointed. Plz be upfront.

    Hey @reliancejio I just took your 1Gbps plan however I’m getting capped at about 400Mbps. Upon trying to file a service request, I was told that, by policy, you can’t raise one if it’s > 10-100Mbps. Are you wilfully misrepresenting service expectations to your customers?
