    @reliancejio i am having network issue with my e-SIM earlier when I was with physical sim it was more or less fine. I tried to contact you on 198, live chat, email no response received. Even 198 is saying unable to provide service. What is the benefit of being Postpaid plus user?

    @JioCare Two recharges have been done in one day tomorrow. 149 rupees has been recharged. But 199 taka was not recharged but the money was deducted from my bank account.This whole thing has happened in a jio number. If you solve the problem

    @JioCare We have chosen #JioFiber because it will install with in a day but it's seem to be looking like its going to take a week long time. We appreciate your effort but still it's quit disappointing. We had issue with local net provide that's why we decided to shift ,but it's seem same.

    @JioCare That means the calculation is yet to be done. Why you people making it more and more complicated. Sind 7"th May it took more then 20 days for pickup and yet you need 14 more days for refund. Really jio can that much slow, Unbelievable. Please tell me the refund amount.

    @reliancejio @JioCare How unprofessional of you to put the blame on the customer that the Jio fiber Connection installation is put on hold based on our request and when we call the person for installation he bad mouths about your company and tells he has manpower issues.
