    @JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

    @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

    @JioCare one of the worst customer service. Actually the worst. Now some useless employe will reply to this and ask me to DM my problem, and then they don't respond. Their owner is not on a social media platform because he knows how ****** his network is.

    @JioCare my jiofibre wire got break this morning . Made complaint to them . 2 engineers visited my place , Informed they have come to check the fault only . Now 2 more engineers will come for repair by evening . No body has turned up. Your service really sucks at times.

    @JioCare from last couple of months i complain about my network connectivity every time they told we resolved your issues soon but day by day i found my network is very worst my call didn't connect my internet is not good in An hour i restart my phone 50 times .disgusting

    Team jio spends millions of rupees on advertisement but if they spend of it on customer service, they won't need this much advertisement. I have been struggling to get my jio fiber replicated for a week and i am working from home. @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani @airtelindia

    Absolutely pathetic service by @reliancejio . Relocation request for fibre sent 10 days ago, no action yet. Been on call with so called "customer care" EVERY SINGLE day, no resolution. @JioCare just sending me useless DMs won't help! @airtelindia hope you don't scam like this!
