@JioCare @reliancejio Definitely I would not recommend anyone to go for JioFiber. They simply don't listen to the customers. I am facing terrible experience. Nobody can say when my connection would be operational. Even the sales person is not picking up phone now.

@JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber is providing worst after sales service. They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

@JioCare I submitted my request for jio FTH. Your service provider Amit Ranjan 8210094100 called me and asked me for OTP, while i refused to share the code he started misbehaving for the same information and answered me in an egoistic manner.
