    @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

    @JioCare Internet speed of JIO network is drastically poor in Shapoorji Pallonji Area near Kolkata (PIN code 700135). Please resolve. So many customers are porting ther connection to other mobile service providers mainly Airtel Bharati.

    @JioCare Slow speed , faulty router no proper speed in 5ghz band even after if u stand beside the router . Several times I have told your technical team to change it but no one found any fault in its horrible system. So it's better to terminate your connection.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    Dear @JioCare, your 5G network is extremely poor in my area. The phone always shows 5G, but the internet barely works. If I switch to 4G, it works only until my daily data is exhausted. After that, even though 5G is connected, the internet stops working. Please resolve it.

    @JioCare Today is fourth day without wifi. Made zillion complaints, nobody is showing up. Vishal Agarwal is a new guy assigned, but he has not contacted me. Not fix the problem. This is so terrible and disgusting, no Customer Care, no service provision. I’m suffering badly.

    @JioCare the internet is down in versova. But, no attempt has been made to fix it. there is no Human person on your “care” number. Only an IVR that keeps hangs up, the technician of the area doesn’t answer his phone- when will it get fixed? Will our bill be adjusted as well?

    @JioCare This is biggest problem with Jio, even after sending private massage there are no updates. Customer service Or Customer care having zero value for Jio. Only behind money. I had paid for number and one month plan in advance. Update the Sim delivery status. You are already late.
