@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@reliancejio @JioCare I have installed Jio fiber @my home few days back. Taken set top box & wifi router together. Set top box isn't working. I complaint daily but no one visits to solve the issue. Service is too bad 👎🏾

Still waiting for a refund from @JioCare @reliancejio . Guys pathetic service. 14 days from 24th march is also over. Jio fiber returned on 24th feb. Extreme insensitivity towards consumers concern.

Hi @reliancejio, I am your prime member customer, facing issue while using internet. I have redeem 10 gb data voucher as you provided to me but its not working on my device as your customer service executive informed that my device is not mapped with the voucher, kindly resolve.
