This is a common issues highlighted by users and Jio has no solution. There is no way to get pass your automated responses to human customer care?

Now again they taken 7 days to resolve the issue Why are you thinking that a customer should pay to wait only but no resolution provided ?

Visited the service center at Patna for my JioBharat phone, and the staff rudely told me 'Go repair it from wherever you want, we won't do it.' Is this how Jio treats its customers? Please look into this.
