    My Jio fiber was supposed to be installed yesterday, still i have not received any call from technician, can’t even get in touch with Customer care, Airtel wifi installation gets done in 2-3 hours, why so much delay with JIO fiber? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Because of the problems caused by their technology, we are facing issue and no one is seing a way to fix it! 😤 Engineering checking and saying we won't receive signal. Customer care saying we will update this in our priority and add in remarks 🤡 We are joke to you @JioCare ?

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare 1 YEAR. 100–120+ COMPLAINTS. ZERO SOLUTION. 5G keeps dropping to 4G, and even 4G barely works in Pathra, Gaya, Bihar. I was promised a fix within 6–9 months. A year has passed. How much longer should a paying customer suffer? Fix the network.
