    @JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

    @DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

    @JioCare @reliancejio On Diwali and other holidays how can your recovery team start calling me from 9 am, i disconnect or don't pick they keep on calling. On a holiday you start harrassing your customer 9 am. You don't provide good quality services. Your technicians tell the ones

    @JioCare Your engineer came, checked and found the problem in HDMI but he did not bring HDMI Cable. Is this service JIO providing? Please, return my payment as I am not interested in JIO FIBRE. I was quite satisfied with AIRTEL FIBRE. Never faced any such problem with AIRTEL.

    @reliancejio I am on your 4G network. I live in a village named Chitra, in the district of Purulia, West Bengal. Please fix your 4G network first because it's very disturbing because I cannot browse internet properly because of its very slow internet connection. Again, it's a request, FIX it!

    @JioCare The service of Jio Fiber is very poor at DPK Housing Complex,Nayabad,Kolkata-700099.. Internet speed is extremely slow to the inconvenience of the customers.

    @reliancejio Please, fix your 4G first. I live in village chitra, in the district of Purulia, West Bengal. I'm on your 4G network but I can't brouse internet properly because it's VERY SLOW. I request you to please fix it.
