    @reliancejio Very poor and pathetic after sales service. No #customercare response. #Jiofibre is fraud. they raise the bill even before the subscription tenure ends and also reduce the validity. their 6 months payment option with 15 days extra validity is a #scam.

    The assigned technician is not answering calls, and despite multiple complaints to customer care, no action has been taken. I am paying for a service that I have effectively been unable to use for a week. Is this the level of customer support Jio Fiber provides? @reliancejio @

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare its 2 PM now and your service engineer has not bothered to call. Please tell me where should i escalate this? Also please initiate the refund of INR1200. And kindly proceed with permanent disconnection. I cant be fighting for an internet connection. Pathetic
