@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

@JioCare after complaining to customer service executive still issue remains the same. Your so called 6G ready networks are still not able to execute even 4G speed and providing a disastrous speed as shown in image. And it’s about weak hours, in peak hours I have to keep Jio off.

@iparikshitdevil @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

@negipooja_2012 Did you notice that they don't care resolving the query of customer. They won't reply and you will keep facing same issue. Past a month I was suffering the same. I swapped to @JioCare you can give a try. They have good service and always the first to help their customers.

Never seen an organisation more shameless and inefficient as @reliancejio @JioCare they just don’t give a **** for customers who are trying to quit their services, they will Harras you stop your refund amount not even pick your device so that they can not return your deposit.

There is a limit to everything. But the disastrous @reliancejio network doesn’t seem to have any. I’m going throw this disastrous SIM after the existing pack expires. You can only increase your tariff, but can’t increase network. Bunch of crooks
