@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

@JioCare very disappointed with jio customer care. Have called them 10-12 times and also chatted with them on my jio app but fake promises are made by them still no resolution. Account is suspended from last week although ready paid bill amount. #pathetic customer service.

@reliancejio @JioCare Since its 5G launch in Odisha its Been a headache 1. Barely any speed difference between 4G n 5G 2. Unable to call most of the time as it gets disconnected instantly, had to reboot to make a call Worst experience so far
