@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@JioCare very pathetic service. My internet (fiber) is not working. I have been complaining since 4 days, no service engineer is coming to fix it. All you do reschedule the visit.

@parikhshitb I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare So you mean to say until the payment became >=0 we will not be able to take set up box installation and use other benefits? If this is the case then you shouldn’t allow the payment towards extra service until the payment adjustment done .

@guptavivek29 @JioCare Bro jio is making fool to people like this only after few days u will face data buffering issue bcoz me and my many friends r facing issue but jio same dialog many user r using at a same time so u r facing problem are then improve ur tower signal capacity

After contacting 3 times to the costumer executive my problem still not resolved . Costumer executive will just give you a complaint id after that nothing will happen and i am still facing the problem of no internet.@reliancejio @JioCare
