@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

Received mail that refund initiated will receive confirmation within 2 days.. after 2 days still didn't receive any information. Customer care center just disconnecting call. Customer care does not have any information .. useless customer care.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio why conference call service is so poor in your network.I'm using your postpaid plan and being a sales person I always need to connect with my team on con calls, but when ever I tried to connect non jio numbers in a conference call most of the time it got disconnected

@JioCare There is no major technical issue, only the box fixed on the wall is to be shifted. The issue is that nobody wants to take decision as the box may be damaged while shifting. Please do the needful at the earliest.
