    @JioCare please dont take any new customer if you cant make it work Your engineer has checked everything and said it can be installed its took 7 days for installation guy to visit after multiple reschedule he finally visits and says he installation is not possible and refunds me

    @JioCare Today is the 11th day since I terminated my connection, your engineer hasn’t picked up the device till date. This is bizarre! Extremely poor service.

    @JioCare I facing connectivity issues. All time show single tower points in my phone. I using more then hundred times activate in airplane mode. Because change good signals connectivity. But it's not work. Please jio concerns quick to resolve this issue. Thanks

    I think it's time to port to another network from #jio I am using jio network since 2016 but now going very bad in network coverage nd Speed nd whenever I complain to customer care it connects to different language.. So can't talk to with them @JioCare @reliancejio try to rectify

    @JioCare @saurabhjain264 Team still I'm waiting for your response. Your sales agent are doing fraud to complete there sales targets and you guys don't care about that even if the customer is contacting you guys again and again. This is horrible customer experience what I'm facing now.
