@JioCare Hi i have complained several times. There is no use and you are obviously not going to upgrade your service for 1 customer. Please let me go 🙏🙏. Last time i called customer care they said to have created a ticket to unsubscribe the service. I want to know the status of tht.

Purchased Laptop online through relaince digital website by a nearby @reliancejio store, they said it will arrive in 2-3 days and its been almost 10 days and I haven't received it!! Awful service

@JioCare @reliancejio still this is not resolved.. One thing am not able to get, when I ask for new fiber connection next day, everything gets done... I have struggling with this issue SR00001CXLP2 for past 4 days & prior to that 2 days . nobody cares... Pls cancel and refund

@adilamman2u Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Data speed is always a problem in jio even in the posh area jio network is not strong from last 6 months. Having 4G pack I have to use wifi then why should I recharge for Rs666 plan and stay in jio.I want to port please tell the process.
