Jimeet Gala (@jimeetjim) reported@JioCare my #jiofiber connection is down since 10th of July. There has been no resolution yet. Service engineer said it is down in the entire building and will be resolved in 24 hours, that's done, no resolution yet. Service Request number SR00003B2HA7.
