    @reliancejio The worst network in my area is of jio.. Jio has very bad internet in my area. So i am changing my sim.. From jio to airtel.

    Worst jio network in my home town last 2 years and I have complained many times but their is no change in network quality. I humbly requested to @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI please 🥺 short out the problem ASAP.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare Pathetic speed of Internet from past 3 months and you are least bothered to take corrective measures . .It was not expected from @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia to improve the network ,u showed some hope but u all are same । disgusting service

    @JioCare I had very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

    @JioCare You are not able to understand my issue. I made two payments of 4443 and 863. I have received 863 back in my account, but have not received 4443. Attached is the screen shot of payment. Pl call me and discuss. My number is 9928032300

    Dear @JioCare team Please improve your network in my village, Sukhpar Roha, Kachchh, Gujarat. Your network is very bad here; the internet has not been working for three years. We are forced to use your network because we have no other option. We are frustrated.

    @JioCare I still don’t see any update on the escalated service request ending with 35L2SZ and the expected resolution time is showing 10:38pm 11th may. The first request for this issue was raised on 7th May 8.40pm. What kind of a pathetic service is this?
