Jaskaran SINGH (@JaskaranSI8926) reported@JioCare i m stuck wid damaged sim outside india, as soon as i land in india, 1st thing i wl do is port to airtel/voda. I send an email for help, i get reply after 24 hours asking stupid things, i reply within 15 mins, nd next reply is again aftr 24hrs. Small issue, been weeks :)

Rehan (@rehanpawaskar) reported@JioCare ‘Next few hours’ is open ended. It neither resolves my query nor gives a definitive timeline. These ‘temporary issues’ are happening quite frequently without any logical reasoning. It’s a shame that a company like @reliancejio cannot manage its services inline with global players.
