Worst service of Jio in my area(Village- Sonbarsa 277208) for 4days.more than 500 users got effected.Many students in my area not able to attend their online classes due to slow speed of Jio net.we complaints on 198 but my issue not solved. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare got a new fiber connection just today and was informed at 10:30 in the morning that the connection would be installed in 2 hours or at least we would be intimated about the installation appointment. numerous calls with customer support but in pain. Regretting decision

@JioCare seriously I'm irritated with your service. Brought new connections now engineer place router in such a position that if I need network then I have to sit extremy close to router. Single not able to reach for 5m distance.
