Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

Shifted from @Airtel_Presence to @JioCare fiber just because Airtel is having a technical issue in my area of Panchkula. But appalled to know how unprofessional these Jio people are. Talked to their customer care no. disconnected for 4 times. I would not suggest Jio to anyone.

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Trying to get my down PREPAID fibre active for last 3 days. Got a message today that Engg it will attend on 25th which is again 3 days frm today. Cust care disconnected call twice. No call back. Only new connections are instant.

@JioCare i have not opted for Netfix at all and you folks have charged me. When i call your customer care ,they say i have to go to Netflix and cancel or deal with them. Can't understand what crap is this. Day light robbery

@JioCare #jiofiber I am so disappointed with the Jio Care service. There is absolutely no accountability. This is the 2nd time in 2 months that my network is down and no one is bothered about it. Making incessant requests on your app is just a joke. contd...
