@JioCare @reliancejio What sort of network do you people have. The jiofiber wifi network keeps on getting disabled on my mobile handset whilst it continues to work on all other devices with 5g connectivity. This is a persistent issue repeating every 15 days. Kindly help

@reliancejio very bad network and survisces jio telicom and I have call again and again jio customare center but not sloved issue. I have take plan 2.5gb daily data but due to band network not used then jio create every 23th bill jenrate.

@JioCare Most sincere your staff Rajesh Soni didn’t bothered to receive my call nor reply my message to update me about problem solution.First time worst ever experience with Jio Fiber, also expect compensation from your side for 2 whole day outage of services.

Almost from last 1 week am unable to call aur get from anyone on my jio number. I tried to reach their customer care no and tweeted here as well but the issue hasn't resolved yet. Thanks for providing your best service @JioCare @reliancejio .
