    Cut the copy-paste templates, Smit! @JioCare My paid AirFiber was kept completely DEAD 4 the last 15 dys bcz of UR failed relocation. The plan has now expired with 0 service delivered. Who compensating 4 those 15 days of advance money? Process my full REFUND today! @reliancejio

    @JioCare Experiencing extremely weak 5G signal and poor indoor coverage at Idgah Marg Purana Bazar, 458339. Data barely works without switching back to LTE. Kindly check tower capacity/coverage in this sector and resolve ASAP.

    Worst service experience with @JioCare @reliancejio! My Jio AirFiber is completely down with a blinking red light for days. Called customer care 4 times & local office repeatedly, but absolute zero response. Active plan money is draining for zero service. Disgraceful support!

After my AirFiber order (booked Aug 12 via tech Sachin Pawar) was canceled due to "unfeasibility," Sharad from your Social Media Team mentioned a 21-day refund wait & no current 5G rollout plan. With 50+ IT professionals working from home here, we urgently need stable connectivity. Kindly consider upgrading the nearby Balegaon site to 5G to support our village! @Jio_Offl

    ISSUE since 2 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 16 days back Nikammo , kuch toh bolo @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. I hv raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying
