    @JioCare pathetic service in Eluru Andhra Pradesh (pin code 534002) Fiber connection (wired) disconnected on 22nd August wire cut off of because of road construction work,made a service request to restore connection. And they say they don’t have permissions beyond 20mtrs

    @JioCare requested so many times still same answer no wire connection beyond 20 mtrs, no objection when getting a lead and installation, later on service is restricted or limited. adviced to change to #jioairfiber. Fine requested to terminate existing wired connection

    @JioCare Hi, the issue is not resolved yet. The representative only asked me to wait for 24 hours, assuring me that the service would start. working, and then the service request was closed. Please reopen the service request and resolve the issue ASAP

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your service quality is getting worse day by day! 😡 I installed Jio Fiber just 2 weeks ago and facing 1-2 hours of daily internet outages. But since yesterday, the connection is completely DEAD. Your customer care is constantly making fake promises

    @JioCare I was informed on that my request is in process and your team is working on it. I haven't received any further update since then. Please share the service request number and provide a clear update on the resolution, including the status of my ₹1,028 pymt and account cancellation
