    I am using Reliance Jio. The service is pathetic. The customer care service is still worse @reliancejio , @JioCare I am not able to book a service engineer.

    @JioCare As per sms yr Engineer was supposed to come between 3-4 PM . Noone has come till now. Another connection above our flat is also not working.There also the technician told that they should switch to AIRTEL.

    @JioCare hi fed up with slow internet on jio fiber. tried to reach customer care operator but every time got link for 5 years old YouTube video. thinking of alternate option now. very sad. can't see a match constantly even changing channel takes hell of a time

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare , 48 days over and my google gemini pro banner issue not resolved. R u guys are really working or am I getting bot responses?. JioFiber google gemini offer is fake the let me know I will move back to actfiber. So you are using my money not giving offer. Kindly reply

    @JioCare Absolute disgusted with support provided , Even when upfront offer was shown on jiofiber that extra 15 days will be provided on 6 month recharge now i am told i am not eligible, just a pure case of mis selling @TRAI @jagograhakjago you have to look into this.

    @reliancejio What kind of network is this? There is no proper internet connectivity in any area, even though the 5G signal is showing full bars. This 5G network is worse than 2G. You are charging so much and advertising it as ‘unlimited,’ which makes no sense. I think this
