    Jio network has been down in our area for the past two months. The network works only when electricity is available and completely disappears during power cuts. Many people have already ported out due to this issue. Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare

    🚨 @reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioFiber connection has been non-functional for almost a month. Despite raising complaints and multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. No one has contacted me and there has been no meaningful update.

    @JioCare The issue is related to STB which i have been complaining simce last 16 days but its falling on deaf ears. @jagograhakjago why is no action been taken against @reliancejio for cheating customer by taking advance payment against plans but not providing service.

    No data network at a prime location in wanaparthy Telangana,, irony is @RelianceFreshIN is situated there and no data signal to scan for payment,, and just outside the outlet Jio sim counter is there @JioCare
