@JioCare After 10 days of work by ur technician still problem not solved. In the morning time getting full signal but no connectivity, why? Pls. resolve this issue. Even after keeping tower in village, not getting coverage in home. Not acceptable.

Even 2 months after installing a mini tower the condition of network is not improved in hospital campus. . We are doctors working in a Covid hospital facing severe connectivity issues, looks like jio doesn't bother about its customers. @JioCare

@JioCare what the hell is going on? I am not getting speed of even 20-30kbps in the plan of 4G plans and when I am asking customer care they reply because of many users you are getting slow speed , I don't think 1-2kbps is known as slow speed. Fix this or I will PORT to others

@JioCare we students are alredy facing many problems and now we cannot even do online classes properly! please do something about your network issues,we can't even make calls! We know you are 5th strongest brand but before declaring it I think you should act like one.
