@JioCare please change your name to Jio doesn’t care … I took a plan of 3+1 which unexpectedly generates bill after 3 months and Jiocare always routes to a automated bot for issue chat and there is no such item listed for the concerned issue where it can answer.

@JioFiberVoice @JioCare how long does it take for a resolution? The refund is yet not processed and it is almost 2 months, you keep promising that by 15 days the refund is normally processed. What kind of a behavior is this??

@JioCare @reliancejio the worst service ever for a broadband. Raised a request to get it fixed on Saturday 6th August. Not a single call from the engineer who is supposed to visit. Every day it's the same story when I reach out to support that it would be fixed in 24h.
