    @JioCare Hi! Jio business care. My service id is 299946335602. Tried to contact u via customer care. No Ans. Sent email yesterday, but no reply. Your customer service is the worst one. I just wanted to get invoice for my connection. On portal it says Inv. is not ready to download

    @JioCare Jio reps took order for new JioFiber connection on 21-01-22 & stringing me along all these days with reschedules. Now, they canceled the order. Looks like they achieved their month-end target. Over 5 customer care calls and I am disappointed. Ref: NO0000K5FQN0

    Each time they simply raise a new service request but there is no implementation on ground in my city. No reply on @JioCare 's DM as well. Both me n my sister are working from home. Never thought would be ranting something like this on my twitter, but really frustrated currently.

    @DoT_India Sir, I humble request you to please take necessary actions upon these network providers. We have a Hospital and after 24-48 hours issues didn't get resolved. They @JioCare @reliancejio are very irresponsible 🙏🙏

    @Rudrans24854816 @JioCare Because airtel can extremely expand it's fiber network but jio not work rapidly as mention on jio website, so we have some option like bsnl wired & airtel wired broadband etc. So go for it and these available on mostly villages and towns and also available in my location
