inkedrover (@inkedrover_) reported@JioCare For context: ODU reorientation & reset were done around 4:30 PM, and I was told it would stabilise within 1–2 hours. It’s been several hours since then, and the connection is still unstable with very poor speed, in-fact worse than before. Clearly, this hasn’t been resolved.

The technician rescheduled multiple times and did not show up today. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently.
