@reliancejio booked and paid for jio fibre offline day bwfore yesterday. When order tracked an appointment was given but noone showed up. An installation engineer called but didnt come and is dodging calls. Worst service.why enable order tracking if there is no commitment

@JioCare Ur reply that data usage is due to auto app update or video download etc is completely false. It has never happened before in last 3.5 yrs of using the same handset. All auto update, upload and download are off...and I havnt did that. So pls stop fooling customer. Restore data
