    @JioCare ambani ji plz improve ur jio customer care service, I went jio store 4 taking family plan in post paid dey askd coupon code, I didn't received any code in jio app, I askd ur cust care dey said uninstall ur app dn relogin u got ur coupon ..Hadd hai

    @JioCare I need help with my Jio Fiber account. My name is incorrect in the invoice and I reached out to customer care who kept me on hold for indefinite time and then said there is a server issue. She asked me to call back but it wasn't feasible. Please help.
