    I am @reliancejio customer and my plan has been expired and jio massaging me again and again that your plan has been expired please do recharge again with the same plan. I am @ViCustomerCare user too and Vi giving us better plan with 4gb data per day! And its better than jio!

    Continuously complained for 10 days for Airtel fiber. No response from Airtel and pathetic service. Going to switch to Jio and will formally lodge a complaint to consumer forum. Airtel fiber no. 5324021730 @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare

    Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

    @JioCare I'm very much disappointed with the Data service you are providing at location pincode:- 211011. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

    seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

    @JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

    @JioCare and also I don't know why there is connectivity issues of 5g in ahmedabad in my area the 5g network is also not good. There is lot more but still I am tolerating this things and never complained about it. Please do the needful ASAP.

    @JioCare You will just have to wait and watch every bullshit they will tell that it will get cancelled I have done payment and kyc on 28th march They didn’t came to install then i raised cancellation request from customer support twice Once automatically completed it and 2nd one still

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio airfibre has stopped working since yesterday as the so called “high” speed data got over, then I did a recharge of 101 for data but still not working. There is noway to speak to customer care, no communication !Pathetic experience wl switch to Airtel

    @JioCare No updates again—no call, no assistance from Jio today. The total turnaround time for this escalation has now reached 1 month and 2 days. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This clearly reflects negligence, repeated fake updates.

    Really disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio service. Promised 100 Mbps on Jio AirFiber, but currently not even getting 10 Kbps. Tried calling support, but only automated messages and calls get disconnected, no way to reach a real executive.
