Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. I am @vodafone user too and Vi giving us better plan with 4gb data per day! And its better than jio!

I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. My work has been seriously affected because of this prolonged outage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. Please look into this urgently.
