Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

@reliancejio I am jio customer and my plan has been expired and jio massaging me again and again that your plan has been expired please do recharge again with the same plan. I am @ViCustomerCare user too and Vi giving us better plan with 4gb data per day! And its better than jio!

@JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

@JioCare sir the service from jio fibre is very very very poor. Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. Every helpline number gives another number and no solution.

@EmergingRoy @reliancejio The absurdity of it all. Id and address proof is fine, but the Customer data thirst of all service providers is worrisome. They take soft copies on their mobile and these can be misused by the deviant minded esp given churn of personnel at that level.
