    @JioCare I have Cancelled my connection on 26th of July my device was picked up on 29th July and today is 14 August but still my refund is not processed to my Account. My connection registered mobile number is 9793938448 On the name of Mr Sita Ram. Such a slow service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber connection no-5327960197...since last 15 days speed is b/w 20-30mbps..complained so many time still nothing improved...pls update my router(dual band router)..i hope jio fiber team will resolve issue..

    @reliancejio @JioCare expected better service while WFH, but get very disappointed, I have 1 personal n 1 commercial connection but no use of them, intermittent internet disconnection issue sometimes kills me while on work,can I expect improvement in my area? Or should I switch?

    @Airtel_Presence @IanDoyleSport @reliancejio my area that is Naini, Prayagraj,(U.P)4G speed is very slow the speed of 4g is even less than 2g.All persons of my area are facing this problem now all are porting their Airtel, jio into Idea sim because of 2G speed better than your 4G

    @rsprasad @DoT_India @JioCare Main population of 5000 in village Surajpur near Bada Duar area is devoid of all mobile networks. Earlier BSNL landlines and mobile network was well but since last 2 years all landlines dead. BSNL, Jio, Vodafone, Airtel none available. People fade up

    @JioCare I'm very much disappointed with the Data service you are providing at location pincode:- 211011. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

    @TRAI Yes Currently iam using @reliancejio 5G Sometimes internet speed reduce to 0kbps For 20 to 30 seconds, signal strength shows 3-4 bars still i face internet issue voice calls didn't affected. Its affecting my virtual interviews and projects too.. @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely no 5G network coverage at Uttam Nagar, Madhaupur, Uttar Pradesh. Despite repeated complaints and troubleshooting, devices fail to catch 5G. A large user base here is suffering. Please resolve urgently or we will port out.

    @JioCare the worst customer service for JioFiber. Since 2 days I am scheduling the engineer, one engineer called and said I am not coming and since then all my appointment are kept on hold due to wrong SR. No way to reach any person via call. My number is 9334178497
