Hi @JioCare, the network of Jio at my place is at its worst from 2 days... there's no network Bar in phones...Forget about using the mobile data we're, even, unable to make a call properly. Hope that it gets better soon.

seems they fogot to provide network in all other locations while taking their network to remote areas. I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

@JioCare named Monisha who referred herself as a senior person, whereas she also promised the same thing that within 8 working hours I will be provided with the resolution. I work from home because of covid protocols, i had invested a sum by taking jio connection
