    @JioCare Thanks for your response, however installation engineer is already assigned from past 5 days and each day he is promises that he is coming for installation in next hour or so But then he never comes, and worse never responds to my followup Calls and am being left waiting in dark

    @JioCare I have an existing @JioFiberVoice internet connection.I wanted to upgrade that connection to the jio fibre tv.But the @reliancejio agent denied & told me to take a new connection & cancel the previous 1.After paying the amount for the other connection i.e.4200rs

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not sure why the issues of customers are not being addressed. The speed My fiber is giving me is quite slow, I don't understand what's the reason, I am not even being able to surf things leave about downloads. Inspite of raising complaints, no response
