    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I think you should stop rolling out 5G before proper testing. Since the day it came so many call drops, so much of network problems. 4G was much better than Jio 5G. @airtelindia 5G is way much better.

    Pathetic Network from Jio. From the past 1month the network in my current area almost low,even I can't use whatsapp. Forgot about 5G,make 4g work better. Signals getting disconnect most of the times in a day. Even to tweet this I was waiting to get good signal.@JioCare #Jiodown

    @reliancejio @JioCare May i know the reason why my purchased vouchers were not showing.I tried calling customer care executive they don't there is a voucher purchase option in the my jio app. Why are you talking money from customer & not giving the voucher.

    Did a recharge from jio on 29 October from the app two times tried it failed but money got deducted both the times after sending tons of emails and everything no refund money wasted @JioCare very pathetic service

    Later Due to my education abroad I have not been able to use the Sim card for almost 2 years which lead to deactivation, but I have been trying to reactivate, so I reached out @JioCare, and then they pointed us towards Airtel Customer Care.

    @JioCare Hi in recent time jio has worst network Services.Lot of my friend and relatives ported their sim into Airtel. If this third class service of your network continue I will also port my sim please look into this. Even I can not use Twitter properly because of world class Nw
