Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

Nobody comes to fix it when you raise a complaint you get a slot of 1-2 days ahead of time. Nobody comes to fix the issue, customer care is a scam they hardly can do anything about it. @reliancejio @JioCare

I have paid the money for jio fibre and did kyc also but it’s been 3 days but nobody has come to install the fibre. If you can’t install don’t take our hard earned money.
