@reliancejio I am very much disappointed due to Jio Fi Service. I am really shocked because I have Jio Fi device which I have purchased on last september'18. Before completing 1-year it has shown trouble (Jio Fi device on but could not detect from mobile or laptop), I helpless.

@reliancejio very poor service 😩😩😩 I have been waiting since last Sunday to get my prepaid connection to postpaid. Two complaints later still no update and have to recharge each day just to call. I was way better off on Vodafone #badcustomerservice

@JioCare @reliancejio, pathetic customer service. I was called up by Jio Store to collect JioFi as it was repaired. When I reached store, it is found to be in someone's posession who is not in store and will come much later. Just harassment after buying new JioFi just 5 days ago.

@JioCare Sir, I am getting full-screen overlays ads when I change any channel in Jio TV this is disgusting at the Jio end. When I communicated this thing to customer care, it says it will not stop and they can't do anything regarding this. Hope Jio team fix this.
