    @JioCare the Jio STB is throwing an error saying it is not connected to a Jio Wi-Fi network when that’s not the case. Not able to redeem my other premium OTT subscriptions as well

    @reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare very bad network in my location, worthless 4g speed, very bad voice quality. Improve the network quality immediately. I am just frustrated with this connection.

    Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

    Jio network sucks.. This is the worst network in our Area,Signal strength is very low cant even open youtube page, Google, Facebook.I did complaint many times but no improvement. now will change the service provider @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Facing network issues for the last 2 months and still no resolution! Every time your team gives the same reply “it will be resolved soon” — but how long should customers wait? Raised multiple complaints, yet no solution. Do you think we are मजबूर to use your SIM? Fix this ASAP!

    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @JioCare @JaikyYadav16
