    But the service installation team will not even call you for 3-4 days for installation. They just extends the dates in the name of huge demands. As they have already taken the installation charges, they will come as per their wish. #Thinkbeforeinstalling #reliancejio #broadband

    @reliancejio i am having network issue with my e-SIM earlier when I was with physical sim it was more or less fine. I tried to contact you on 198, live chat, email no response received. Even 198 is saying unable to provide service. What is the benefit of being Postpaid plus user?

    @Mainapnefavhoon @JioCare @reliancejio Having used JIO for more than 3 years, I can guarantee you that your issue won't be resolved. They would reply that ur area is not adequately covered and it would never be, or, they'll say that u hv good coverage but speed is low bcoz too many users using internet simultaneously

    @JioCare now in days @reliancejio has very very bad service. After launching complaint couple of times, no one is try to solve the complaint.they close complaint their self. Data Speed - 1-50 kbps. if you don't care your customers then they ran away 2 other

And due to greenery we have approximately nil signal strength. We want to use jio but due to mentioned problem we are unable to use. Please try to install a tower there.TQ
