@JioCare - After much disappointment because of no resolution provided by @JioCare I have decided to port out to other service provider. All you people provided was lame excuses such as ipl is on, cricket is going to be always on if you can't provide 4g speed why claim it?

@reliancejio Having issues with Jio Router. First,doesn't easily recharges.second,gives misleading message and makes me re charge again. Finally,doesn't work. Next day it starts and abysmally slow. Upload and download speed less than 1.

@JioCare some apps in my phones (like Facebook, Twitter etc) are arbitrarily ceasing to work while I'm connected to my new jio fiber connection. But they at once start working when connected to cellular connection. It's very much annoying. Please help as soon as possible.

@reliancejio Yesterday I took fiber connection and 2day I have to say NO to fiber service. B4 installing nobody aware of static IP ONLY said use for 30 days if not satisfied then return. Also now they r saying 15 days time to refund money. Mislead. Disappointed. Plz be upfront.

@reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.
