Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

So the engineer's assumption that installation isn't possible just because the tower isn't directly visible appears unfounded. Kindly conduct a proper site survey.

Some said give us 2 hours, some said 24 hours and one said we need 15 days to fix this in your area.

Absolute robbery, I want to figure out how to register a complaint now in consumer care against them at this point.
