    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio too much disturbance in phone calls,4G internet is working like 2G. Made many complaints from last four months but you service is as pathetic as your network connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any major issue with your backend team management ? Complaints are getting cancelled without any reason and your Jio engineers have no clue why. Even your customer care have no clue. I have raised a callback request pending for 3 days. Reasons ?

    @JioCare Network in Tardeo Area, Mumbai Central is totally negligible for past few days. Earlier it used to be excellent. Jiocare needs to look into the issue else people working in my office and adjoining areas will have no option but to switch to other provider.
