@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare trying to relocate my jio fiber but there is an app issue(our app aren't responding) spoke with customers care for the same and they assured to resolve the issue within 24 hrs but it's been more then 72 hours,still getting the same reply ( will be resolved in 24 hrs).

@reliancejio Most pathetic internet service. Since yesterday evening no internet and the guy who was supposed to come just disconnected my call by saying sir it's too late I will come tomorrow. Fraud ways to do sales. That's all . I was cheated while installation and now service is worse
