    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    Pathetic service provided by @reliancejio always face problem in internet connectivity when pack is about to expire and it always happen one week prior to recharge expiry due date, nice tactics.

    @JioCare @hanumakra Such horrible is the customer care that they marked above complaint as 'resolved' today.I got it reopened.Outage was cited as reason when others in the same building get their connection out from the same box and they witness no such issue - possibly cable cut
