    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    I wish to withdraw my jio fibre postpaid connection, but the customer care support is not helping, when i send them text message they tell me to send email and vice versa. Really disappointing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @reliancejio jio fiber connection installed in 2019. At the time of connection got only router now after disconnecting jio asking for set up box which I never received and denied pick up unnecessary haressing customers

    @JioCare My jio fiber is blinking red light since morning! No customer care yet. Visit was scheduled at 3 pm but no one came. I currently have issues for working from home. Send assistance ASAP.

    @jiocare The service is worst in the area of Wakad Pune. In spite of repeated complaints no body attend for last 4 days. The fault continues. You only get assurance
