    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    Connected with #jiocare at chat and they kept asking same question and finally they said to wait for sometime and issue will be resolved automatically, I told them that it's already been 10 days, no response. I asked connect me to supervisor he denied. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jiofiber network is available across d road for us ur people say it may take months I fail to understand y can't it be done quickly perhaps ur intervention can influence n get d process done quickly When 2lac villages cud be connected then how come v r made to suffer in a city.

    @JioCare Plz hve some1 call me on d no. I gave I m jst getting d terms n condition statements w/o really understanding my issue.looks like every1 is trained 2 answer with std replies w/o understanding the customers real problem totally unprofessional 3rd day n no response n still counting

    @reliancejio @reliancejio sir i am waiting for pickup of device from one month every time same response we are working on it. Don't use jio fiber guys any issue they won't help. They don't have time to pickup device from 30 days also .
