Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

In June alone, my connection died THREE times (SR00002LW4MI, SR00002LS7IQ, SR000037OJ0T), each lasting 24+ hours. In April, I suffered a 5-DAY complete blackout. Zero permanent fixes, just cheap, temporary band-aids.
