    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Current location is Village:-Lakhnour, Dist-Madhubani, State-Bihar. JIO has own tower in this village but 4G speed below 1 MBPS. So network not stable. Indoor coverage Very poor. so how we can expect 5G. Please upgrade tower.

    @JioCare I had Jio Mobile issue and i been to BTM layout Service centre and they have explained me Clearly the Process and Product and Especially Mr, Prapthi hr knows product and Process very well and Good behaviour Guy .

    @JioCare I raised a complaint about my Jio Fibre connection today in the morning at 6.20 a.m. I was assigned a service/complaint code. Engineer was supposed to come at 4.30 p.m. I asked the customer care to escalate my complaint on a priority basis.
