    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @SaikiaAnuj They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @SatvinderKharo2 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare Filled complaint 4 days ago of very very Slow internet Fibre speed. SR00001C6RBV. Everyday engineer visit slot moves to next day. Will this issue ever be fixed?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service by Jio Fiber, net connectivity always down throughout the day. Has happened for 4 days in this week now Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID 2235***** in your area.

    @JioCare I have this number 9321149188 which came with Jio keypad Handset. Due to liquid damage it got spoiled. I had recharged for the annual plan on the number. Please suggest.

    @JioCare nowadays Jio care has degraded in quality a lot. I took connection 2 years back, but my experience has gone from excellent to worst possible. I called the customer care for frequent disconnection, and had to answer baseless questionnaire. (1/3)

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniOf Finally I have surrendered the jio Fiber connection as jio team is unable to attend by grievance. Worst service ever seen by any private internet provider.
