@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@JioCare this is big concern of entire Jio users in #Sikkim. When the power goes the network drops & you can make a call or use internet until the power is back. @reliancejio Do you have a solution for this? I am sure the networks like vodafone or Airtel their network works fine.

@JioCare Its not only my Jio number that doesn't work, its for each and every Jio users here. @reliancejio I think the solution is you need to set up a generator by which you can operate your towers when there is no power.

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare @reliancejio Today morning my jio fiber cable connection got broke due to some natural reasons! Called the customer care and asked them to fix! They said to wait 4 days.. I m paying 1200₹ a month and you guys saying to wait 4 days and the work is of no more 10 minutes!

@JioCare Visit date was initially on 15 Apr. No visit took place. How do you expect customer to be rest assured ? Pl understand that I am leaving on 17 Apr on transfer. Visit has to take place on 16 Apr 21. If you don't visit, how you intend to return my security deposit? Please confirm.

.@reliancejio fiber service is pathetic. Rules that not mentioned in TnC are created and told to the customer when customer faces issue. And the customer care guy cancelled the call because she was not able to justify this. New way of looting the customers.
