@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare Mukesh Ambani's Jio is puting its customers in undue harassment. Jio is unable to serve its customers satisfactorily. My Wi-Fi is not working for over 24hrs SR 000015uzai. Billing is done for 100% but services not provided accordingly. Service requests are dumped indefinitely.

Hats off to @JioCare for their incompetence! The heights that they reach to avoid picking up the JioFiber device so that they can pocket the deposit amount is commendable. Useless automated customer care, spineless managers in Noida and the list goes on. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
