    @reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After 3 Years of Continue Use I Decided to Left Jio and Join @airtelindia due to there worst service in Our locality. No action taken after many complains.Where @Airtel_Presence and @VodafoneIN take prompt action after any Customer complain. #Jiodown

    @JioCare On 9th Jun 2022, I recharge Jio Fiber account by paying INR 10612.92. This transaction was done using my IFDC First Credit card which entitles me 10% cashback up to INR 1000. The last date for crediting the cashback was 9th Sep 2022 which is past due now. Please help!

    @reliancejio i hv submitted all the documents to change the ownership of number in the service center. Its been more than 3 days , visited twice , but still hv not got any respose. I think its better to port to other network. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @TRAI I registered a Complaint with Jio fiber on 12th Sept for faulty internet and they resolved it on the 17th Sept. I called customer support and they told no compensation will be provided and i will be billed even when my jio fiber connection was not working. Help
