    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare hey I got a sms from Jio asking for eRefund for postpaid security deposit. While giving the bank details I am asked to attach Cancelled Cheque. But my bank account don't have Cheque book. Can you please help how to submit the details?

    @JioCare @uditajoshi22 I already have a Jio connection which is more than pathetic. Ported my other Vi number to Jio. But now i feel I had done a mistake. Vi do have worst speed but thats temporary which is resolved now. But Jio its worst.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I register for Jio fiber on 7th and after 13 days on 21 Oct got jio connection and from 22nd Oct issue with router. Till date no one from Jio help to fix my issue . Multiple SR and Escalation created and those are closed without resolution. Number9590716079

    @JioCare kindly launch a plan of 40 to 60 Mbps in fibre prepaid segment 30 Mbps is less and 100 Mbps is much so please launch a plan of 50 Mbps for prepaid fibre user Jio always value customer and I know you pay heed to my suggestion thanks for meeting all

    @JioCare pathetic, horrible internet speed for 24×7. Looting customers in the name of 4g and giving worse than 2g speed. Many many complaints to 198, apellete authority & jio care for zero result. Only fake promise after promise....

    @JioCare I have been sold 8 months subscription. Now they are billing since 2nd month. If unpaid even after hundreds of calls to Area Incharge the connection is cut. Why ? Jio sales guy never picks. Service guys who come say Sales guy do this to many and they don't pick their calls too.
