@VodafoneIN The network is not available in 743135, Halisahar ,North24 pgs area from yesterday. Vodafone are providing third class service now a days. In the same area's @reliancejio provide 24×7 service.For this customer is coming to another line by porting Voda #CycloneApmhan

@reliancejio why the speed of jio is decreasing day by day There was not a single network on jio for last 42 hours in Barrackpore ,Kolkata where as airtel was giving a decent internet speed where jio has not done anything. Jio has become the India's biggest sim distributor .

@reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

@JioCare Thanks. I have multiple connections. Apart from @Airtel_Presence, I also have Jio and thankfully, the Jio network is helping me a lot because otherwise I would have had no connectivity at all. On the contrary, Airtel has totally let me down. Be it in Mobility or DTH.

@JioCare Your executive came 3-4 days late to collect the router and all these things delayed my refund. One of the worst experience I had with Jio fiber postpaid connection. I will never recommend anyone after facing the issues myself.

@JioCare 1. Jio SIM should be in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset) 2. Check if the network mode is set to 4G or LTE (not applicable for iPhones and JioPhones) 3. Data roaming should be enabled 4. Data and voice should be routed through Jio SIM
