Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.
