If your phone is stolen or your JIO Sim is lost It is very difficult to block the JIO Number I have faced this exactly same Issue 2 years back. Someone was using it for 15 days illegally. I had lodged a GD about this.

@JioCare very bad network in my location, worthless 4g speed, very bad voice quality. Improve the network quality immediately. I am just frustrated with this connection.
