@reliancejio @JioCare when I have call 2time in jio customer care service then they disconnected my call without any reason. After 3rd when I call the jio executive vikash Kumar threatened me and disconnect my.thats why i am changing my jio sim .

@JioCare @dharmubaba I’ve paid for Jio Fiber twice but there’s some issue with installation (Joint box is concealed). Also Airtel wifi is soooo ****** that in a 900 sq ft home, there’s no signal in the rooms!

@reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

@JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

@Vivo_India @JioCare using #vivox80 frequently facing 5g network disconnection. My Numb is not reachable by friends and family. Jio says to switch off VOWIFI to receive Voice services seamlessly.Does this solve the problem?? Please discuss among yourself. Hv rest network setting

@JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

@JioCare Slow speed , faulty router no proper speed in 5ghz band even after if u stand beside the router . Several times I have told your technical team to change it but no one found any fault in its horrible system. So it's better to terminate your connection.

@JioCare Sir I requested for surrender of my jio fiber connection but jio team frustrates me giving pick up time by 7 pm followed by 9 pm but neither technician calls me nor resolves my problem. On my complaint on Jii tollfree they gave me 17 days time to revert on this issue.

@JioCare I had applied for a new fiber connection with Ref No N00000M7H39E. It has been more than 20 days but till date connection is not done. Very fast in taking money for the connection but equally late for giving service. When followings up they give false assurance.
