It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

@JigarPota @JioCare Don't go for Jio if you want to suffer & see fraudulent behavior from Jio. I have reported complaint almost 1 month now & no one bothered to send technical engineer at home to check why broadband connection is not working. Just cheating customer by their drafted statements.
