I've been trying to change my e-sim from old phone to new phone, ran into issues and been trying to talk to customer support from 4 days, but no use. WhatsApp bot is useless. Sent someone to store, and that associate is asking me to come to store from US. What a stupid thing is this.

Only payment reminders arrive while internet and STB issues remain unresolved.Every complaint gets the same excuse,no action. Charging customers without providing proper support is unacceptable.

I traveled to Nagpur, Maharashtra in December, and since then the SIM has been showing 0 signal bars and is not connecting to any network. I have paid INR 1200 for the relocation and when i tried to talk to customer care, IVR abruptly hung the call informing cancellation is done. What about my refund? Or relocation request? What should i do next?
