Data speed of jio network is very low in my area. If jio is not able to provide me better data speed then I am thinking to convert it to airtel because their data speed is very good compared to jio ...🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

Kuddos to @JioCare and @JioFiber for amazing support i am getting for one installation. Continuous harassment and rude behavior of the installation engineer. Cancelling service on their own without us raising request. It seems @reliancejio you do not wish to get the patronage.

@JioCare On 12th i find out that complaint for internet issue not even recorded sgain. On 12th i call 3 times and 2 times call disconnects they dont call me back Simran and Pragya. Then i reach Alena on 3rd try call drops twice but she calls me. It finally got resolved yesterday.

@JioCare My first call was on 10th Aug with complaint. On 12th i found that the complsint was not even registered. I asked for complaint against consultant and another for my internet issue. I kept getting mails and on call was informed that my issue is being looked into. Tweet 1 of 2

@JioCare This I am hearing for last one week. Do u think JIO can claim quality service. For new connection the rep is at door in an hour but for service more than a week. I have come all the way from Delhi for this work only. Can u plz depute something one today.
