@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I had to call more than 12 times to get a entitlement ID for recovery of my Prime ID. These 4 days were like hell. 5 times call got disconnected in middle of my conversation. I had to explain everytime. Completely Exhausted by JIO service. #Unhappy #JioFibre

Kindly do not buy Jio Wifi Mesh extender. First it doesn't work and then @JioCare team just keeps it postponing the issue without any resolution. If they themselves cannot install a device in 5 days you know what to do.. @reliancejio

@JioCare I was not getting entitlement ID and support officials were also having adequate knowledge. Thank to one person who verbally repeated me my entitlement ID. By using which I got my ID back. I filed my complain on 24jan and got entitlement ID on 27. 3 days to solve. #Unhappy

@JioCare But i don't think you guys can address the customer properly, firstly your customer care didn't file sr and then when he filed the complainant after 5 hours he started telling internet will be fixed in next 24 hours
