ani (@icantcodefyi) reportedhey @JioCare , its been more than 10 days since jio fiber internet has stopped working everyday y’all just say that you will fix it but their is no fixing of it no way for us to cancel the subscription, i checked app, website, called but everything is just automated by a ****** ai bot which doesn’t even let me connect to a human what kind of ****** services y’all provide. why am i paying money for this? id rather cancel the subscription if i can’t even use it.

Customer care first asked me to wait 48 hours, then 96 hours. As the issue persists, I am now planning to port to @Airtel_Presence

Its laps of duty to check if service is completed or not. I need a proper explanation for for this why the ticket was closed.
