Data speed of jio network is very low in my area. If jio is not able to provide me better data speed then I am thinking to convert it to airtel because their data speed is very good compared to jio ...🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir please update your 4g network for better performance... I don't think current time to update ur network to 4g from 5g.... because @JioCare your 4g network is working in my areas like 2g or more less then 2g. Thanku

@reliancejio @JioCare from past 4 days struggling to get the relocation of fiber connection to my new address.thre times got thr revised time line for same but till now no resolution. New connection in 24 hours but relocation in not even in 96 hours, what a service level?!!!!

@reliancejio worst service no one is there to hear complaints of new customer applied for connection . But Still waiting for reply from jio official no one is ready to reply and higher authorities are also sleeping 😴 there is no way customer can complaint to higher authority.
