    Data speed of jio network is very low in my area. If jio is not able to provide me better data speed then I am thinking to convert it to airtel because their data speed is very good compared to jio ...🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     @JioCare the internet isn't working properly and the speed for the past few days is terrible. The range has also suddenly stopped reaching my bedroom. Even with the lan cable there is no internet.

    Hello @JioCare , what’s this kind of service there no Internet , I paid monthly for jio fiber .. it’s not able to open my WhatsApp and also there no network no calling nothing .. area 841420 Jio fiber connection on -9074918331

    @JioCare such a pathetic service by Jiohome. My internet is inconsistent and just doesn't work, tried calling Jiofiber on 18008969999, but instead of connecting me to an agent, the call is getting disconnected after the IVR. I want to cancel my Jiofiber. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio TODAY was the last day of the 7-day period for my refund (Order: NO0001DJPQAE). Still NO credit. This is FRAUD. I am now filing an official complaint with RBI Ombudsman and National Consumer Helpline (1915). Stop holding my money! #RBI #Jio
