    Data speed of jio network is very low in my area. If jio is not able to provide me better data speed then I am thinking to convert it to airtel because their data speed is very good compared to jio ...🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio I told details of issue to your customer support they says its not in our hand. Indian Issue- 1)We purchase monthly pack. Mostly 4G in city like Pune work poor. No speed even data is there.After Top up it works. How?? 2)The day your service poor return money for that day.

    @JioCare Then Why vi able to serve better than you at same location? But i think you are not interested to resolve the issue for your postpaid customer as vi serve it for his prepaid customers.

    In the month of Nov22 I raised two service requests viz. (SR00001F4IWR-7th Nov & SR00001F9RXP-12th Nov) which were not resolved and still my service is down. above that your team has closed the request without resolving the problem.@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur technician r laying jiofiber cable so low on roadside that it is getting broken by the trucks. This has been 4 times in month that my jiofiber cable has been broken and there r no one in ur company who is listening to my complain plz help me urgently

    I have placed jio fiber disconnection request since 20 days.till now no technician as arrived to take jio fiber. And I didn't get my refund.worst jio support.And customer care support are the worst I have experienced in my life @reliancejio @JioCare
