    Data speed of jio network is very low in my area. If jio is not able to provide me better data speed then I am thinking to convert it to airtel because their data speed is very good compared to jio ...🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir please update your 4g network for better performance... I don't think current time to update ur network to 4g from 5g.... because @JioCare your 4g network is working in my areas like 2g or more less then 2g. Thanku

    @JioCare 5th outage in 45 days .. connection is highly un reliable,with work from home and cctv connection I am seriously thinking of changing to a better service provider

    @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio
