    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir please update your 4g network for better performance... I don't think current time to update ur network to 4g from 5g.... because @JioCare your 4g network is working in my areas like 2g or more less then 2g. Thanku

    Data speed of jio network is very low in my area. If jio is not able to provide me better data speed then I am thinking to convert it to airtel because their data speed is very good compared to jio ...🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

    Good bye @reliancejio The worst a network can be. Period 9 numbers(customers) including family and I- are going to port out of @reliancejio Rates have become almost similar to others Service coverage is not even 50% compared to competition 😡

    @reliancejio 1. your customer service is absolutely rude! I’m trying to get your JioFiber device picked up and refund initiated. No one is helping AT ALL. 5/5 was the deadline. Today is 9/5.
