    @JioCare rather to solve the coverage issue.. jio is saying that network is good..!! If I'd the good reach of network..why I'd I complained..!! Jio coverage is getting worst day-by-day.

    @JioCare After doing so many follow up and also raising concerns on Jio Applete, Yet no solution provided by your side.Such a unexpected behaviour from the jio telecom. If a customer not recieved solution in 180 days. How can you expect customer should not port? #jiocare #jio #realince

    @JioCare All the helpline numbers can't resolve the queries by pressing numbers from 0 to 9. Is there any way to connect with customer service with whom I can interact with words instead of pressing numbers?

    @JioCare @reliancejio No premium service on my Jio Fiber. Chat bot s*cks. Unable to get human to discuss the issue. I can see premium app subscription is there when I check on MyJio.

    How can you be so terrible @reliancejio @JioCare ?? I am trying to connect you since 30 mins but you keep bouncing me around announcing new offers. I don’t want new offers coz my existing one doesn’t work itself. Everyday it keep saying data left 0 kb. How is it possible?????

    Jio you fooling us by reducing speed randomly. for a few seconds 3mbs & next hour can't even open simple site not even 10kbs..When we complain at care they just stupid excuses from like 7 to 8 months.. just Last month if this continue to happen i am switching to Airtel. @JioCare

    @JioCare most fraudulent company ever, since 4 days internet is down and no response, service engineer doesn’t pick the call, call centre puts the call on hold and later cuts, service request number is SR000012YQTA keep robbing people’s money without proper service
