    Data speed of jio network is very low in my area. If jio is not able to provide me better data speed then I am thinking to convert it to airtel because their data speed is very good compared to jio ...🙏 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir please update your 4g network for better performance... I don't think current time to update ur network to 4g from 5g.... because @JioCare your 4g network is working in my areas like 2g or more less then 2g. Thanku

    @reliancejio Tried to get JioFiber, but the experience has been disappointing so far. A representative called in the morning & said he would visit within 2 hrs, but even after 8 hrs there has been no visit & no response to calls/messages.Hope to receive better service and support

    @JioCare It's going to be 7 pm now and my problem is yet to be resolved. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES AND HIGHLY INEFFICIENT SUPPORTING STAFF. Kindly refund my money, i would love to try some better operator!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio broadband connection has been so unstable. You assure a 99.9% uptime but clearly you do not adhere to your SLAs! Connectivity has been down all day and it now says it would be fixed at 3AM in the morning. #customerservice #customerownership
