Amarnath (@AmAmarnath) reported@JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Complaint registered on May 6 (SR000035B69F) for Voice Calling issue. Without resolution, it was marked 'Resolved'. Reopened on May 9, but now put 'ON HOLD' without any site visit. Resolve it ASAP!

The MyJio app is still showing my old details and the online re-verification is failing repeatedly. Please guide me on how to update my new Aadhaar details in your records
