Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service. I don't know how much I have to wait for getting support from Jio. This is not acceptable. I am paying for what is not in use because of no support. Pathetic service.

There is no proper response when we raise a complaint and they take 3-4 days to respond to the complaint. Also, your support guy asks us to switch connection to other provider.
