I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

The complaint was closed on the same day by giving the above cause to me. Even after so many days issue didn't solved. And plz don't ask number via dm.

Jio started service today( Friday). instead of compensating the subscribers for these lost days, we data balance alerts
