@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

@DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

I did complain about my @reliancejio internet after 5 mints I got call from +919339527228. And He told me I am from jio customer care. And he said give me your phone axis and after that do 10 payment in @myjioapp after 5 mints. He deducted 2500Rs from my @YESBANK.

@JioCare Told me to use data after sometime as there are too many users in your area and network traffic is high and told me to use data after sometime. Also told to resolve this issue in 120 days. Seriously? If I need to use ur services I should either wait till network traffic
