    @JioCare It's already more than 8 days and I am expected to wait for another 72 hours..... Great...... How other ISPs have managed to restore 4-5 days back. There is a serious issue with after sales service of JioFiber.

    @jio @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my Jio Phone 6291259755 with Rs 149 through paytm, my recharge was successful and Operator Reference i.e, 7609060950 also generated by pay paytm but till now recharge waa not succesful. Jio care was unable to help.kindly look forward

Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber is providing worst after sales service. They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

    @JioCare How much time exactly you guys need to pickup the well-packed devices and process be refund? It's been ~45 days after 1st request. You might not know, there is a huge disconnect between customer care team and the team on ground. They don't even know they have to pickup devices.

    Nothing specific has been shared by @reliancejio @JioCare ... As is being indicated on DM. Delivery code should have been asked even before the delivery was made @DoT_India as is the established norms of telecom service. Text message with the same ironically contains the message.

    @JioCare my order no. is NO0000MH2FE My installation is supposed to be done on 6/8/2022 but I m seeing appointment date is 10/8 if installation not done 2morrow I have to cancel the order. Bcuz rep have taken charges instantly.
