    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

    @JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

    @JioCare Sr is open from 8th still no resolution. Daily getting delay message from Jio. Worst service. With reference to Service Request no SR000032WEMX, resolution is delayed due to technical reasons and is expected to get resolved within 24 hours.
