    Jio network sucks.. This is the worst network in our Area,Signal strength is very low cant even open youtube page, Google, Facebook.I did complaint many times but no improvement. now will change the service provider @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare the live streaming of cricket matches don't happen in the morning hours but still the network speed is pathetic, your work from home data packs are of no use since it is practically impossible to work with such slow speed. Can you please resolve???

    @JioCare Dear Team, I took a Jio dongle 2 days back. Speed i am getting is 0.4 Mbps. I urgently need a solution if this can be improved in my area. When i call the customer care, they read the verbatim that network team is working to improve connectivity

    @JioCare - please fix network issues as you claim of delivering 4g speeds, but the reality is that the network speed is so bad that even myjio app is unable to function on that speed. please fix this immediately.

    @JioCare Life sucks using Jio net. I use a Jio Dongle one of the worst experience I had on 2nd Nov 2020..I have recharged at 5.30pm and by 2am it says data plan exhausted and i hve not used till 2am first and 2nd any time i try to use it it's buffering.Cheater!! Company!!

    @JioCare Some occasions does not mean you should continuously provide poor data service around 1MBPS for more than 24 hrs ....Is it justiafiable ...further we are paying Money ...it's not free that Reliance Industries nor Mukesh Ji is providing.

    Then you can very well give me the refund for the Amazon Prime subscription which is 1499 as your myjio App is asking me to pay for what I was supposed to be provided by you as a part of my subscription. Ofcourse FRAUD RELIANCE JIO will never want to do that. @JioCare
