Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.

@JioCare My jio fiber connection was not working so I called and also in feedback form I asked for removal of this connection within trial period. Now after 3 month your people are saying instead of 500 they will refund only 500. And deduct my 1000 because it's more than 60 days
