    @reliancejio pandemic forced us to conduct online classes but our girl students are unable to afford Android phones It is very Painful for their future as they are not studying from last 1 year. It is very difficult for us to educate them. We really need your help and support.

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR000015GV8F its been more than 18hours since i have registered a complaint and my issue is not resolved. Your engineer has not visited our premises. I even got a message that the service is restored but Still red light is blinking.

    I think I will transfer Airtel's SIM to Jio. The service is bad. I can't activate Hello Tune on my Airtel number. I have written a complaint to Airtel for this. Butt has not received any reply yet. So I think I will port Airtel to Jio. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    When it comes to disconnecting the service because of late payment, your company is extremely good at it. But when it comes to providing a customer service, your company’s policy says that the engineer will arrive not before 48hours @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare charging exhorbitant amount from the customers but doing wire restoration services during the weekday so that it hampers the work from home life of ours. Its been more than 30hours and the service has not been restored yet. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Please check your DM. Expecting the issue to be resolved within an hour. Have called customer care multiple times since morning and they just give one reply every single time - the service will be restored within 2hours. So far it hasn’t been restored.

    @JioCare hi, jio is into land grabbing now,jio grabbed my land and installed a tower. I already complained before but it's useless. I feel I can find justice only in the high court. And i stopped using jio fiber. I don't want to be your customer any more. I will meet the press.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your services sucks and so is your customer care. I tell them that that i m unable to receive calls and consistently getting miss call alerts they say as per my account i should be able to and they cant do anything. Seriously i will move on from jio network.

    I booked an Jio fiber connection but I got an bad response from @reliancejio for Jio fiber service. Jio fiber distributor promised me for installation at 1 PM yesterday but i didn't get any response from jio team. My Order no. is NO0000KSD75X. @JioCare

    @reliancejio This is to inform you that my jio fiber is not working from 24feb 2022 so i raised a complaint on 25feb 2022 regarding the same under complaint no SR0000190JJB But unfortunately i didn't receive any solution even they resolved the issue without providing any solution
