    Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

    @Airtel_Presence your service engineers don't show. Powr outages that are your mistake. Customers have to g t the short end of the stick however. Terrible service. @reliancejio is better

    @JioCare Need urgent help with my eSIM issue. My eSIM activation is not working even after re-activation yesterday. My iPhone shows "No Service", I cannot make or receive calls, and incoming callers hear "switched off". I have already visited Jio Care. 1/2

    @JioCare It's been a month since I requested cancellation and refund for Jio AirFiber, yet no action has been taken by your team. When I called,they claimed service was closed due to me not picking up I have no idea when they even called! Even the state team failed to help.(1/2)

    @JioCare On 18th April, 2026 I had paid subscription fee 2,221.46 to Jio Fibre for Wifi Connection.  Though Jio made the survey for connectivity, later on I was told there is weak signal, and connection not possible. Order Number NO0001D641HO // service request no: SR000036DT03

    @JioCare 7 days of outage (May 28–June 3), a ticket falsely closed as "resolved," and your only response is "it's temporary & we're working on it"? 🤡 Three different agents (Bhavana, Priyanka, Sukhmeet) gave the SAME copy-paste reply. Not one concrete timeline. Not one accountability.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've ordered new sim card on 20th May still no delivery & your team everytime has same answer we'll deliver in 24 hours which took more than 14 days now. Pathetic customer experience says if not delivered in 30 days of purchase it gets cancelled
