Patgetic network @JioCare @reliancejio Really pathetic. I dont know what to do witb 2gb data per day when i cant even use 10mb of it because of pathetic network connectivity.

@JioCare @reliancejio You guys will ask everything but you wont solve even a single query.... I have not seen a single improvement in service. JIO is becoming worst day by day. Wasted money on recharging JIO to get better service than Airtel.

Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

@reliancejio @JioCare Worst customer support services. It's been more than 5 months an amount of 654 hasn't been refunded yet for failure of port request to jio from Vodafone via the home visit services provided by jio. Customer support has no information about it and
