@JioCare Do you have any timeline.. When it will be fixed. As I had to take leave on Friday bcz there was no network and i couldn't work from home. It's been more than 4days now.

@reliancejio @JioCare This is getting seriously frustrating, i am facing network issue in my area.complained multiple times.. No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

@reliancejio @JioCare least you could convert the pack charges into account credit to be used against future billings. Credit cards, ecommerce, offline shopping all allow product/service returns and charge reversals as goodwill gesture. You should also do that.
