I had booked a request on the 12th, they’ve rescheduled it twice without my consent and there is an almost non-existent. Not sure on who to reach out to. We are a startup and internet is our lifeline!

The app is not letting me reschedule because "no slots are available," and I am stuck. Now forced to pay extra for mobile data packs just to stay online.
