    Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

    How to solve network issue & slow internet on Jio Network 1. Buy Steel cutter or angle grinder 2. Start cutting down jio tower nearby 3. When it falls on ground, Port your sim to Airtel or something @JioCare @reliancejio

    it has been 6 days since the Jio fibre has been down in my home and every day your customer care says it will be fixed in 12 hours. no engineer visit no solution yet. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Your router or line problem.have complaint so many times on auto chat and call.reply is your connection is online. Have you checked disconnections and speed on your logs?
