    Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

    @reliancejio Slow network problem is occurring continuously since 2025 in our area. Most of people are using jio, but all are facing the same issue. We have given complaints many times, but we got the same result. We are approximately at 21.2° N latitude and 73.1° E longitude.

    @JioCare No proper Jio network in Ward No. 12, Gayatri Nagar, 343029. Data not working for months, recharges getting wasted. Your team calls when recharge expires, but even after complaints they keep saying network is fine. Please fix urgently.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets @JioCare such horrible services. First the delivery boy comes without helmet. Then cancels the order without informing. No helmet . No driving license. That's how you work!!! Disgusting. #jiomarttezpur

    @JioCare @reliancejio I was using Jioairfiber since 2 year's recently from 4-6 months facing an issue with internet connection fluctuations I have raised a ticket and tecnician visited after one months he checked and Technician is saying that .

    Citizens I request @TRAI to intervene to compel @reliancejio to provide internet service or refund my payment I will write letter to Mukesh Ambani if I don’t receive satisfactory solution let best ISP take over JIO BUSINESS N RUN IT MUKESH AMBANI IS NOT CAPABLE

    @JioCare @reliancejio Total loss of network in [DAHEWAN Pin Code - 388550 ] every time there is a power cut. Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😡 in my town 70%
