    @JioCare @dsingh_101 Jio is doing superb in terms of providing services and network even during the lockdown.. Kudos to them and Vodafone @VodafoneIN is not even helped me in fixing a Vodafone mifi that I bought as a corporate customer... Stopped working after purchase and they did not help me

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber is down since yesterday evening around 5.30pm. Impossible to lodge complaint by Whatsapp or phone. My service I'd is 301128532102. It was down before also for 10-12 hours. Your cust care gives irrelevant answers if complaint lodged by email.

    @JioCare It's blinking RED. I mentioned previously. I am doing switch off for 1 minute and switch ON, every hour to check if service is working or not.

    @JioCare NO SIR NOTHING IS DONE NOTHING RESTORED. Your Service Request no. SR000011AWFV has been processed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 199 from your Jio number or raise an appeal with our Appellate.

    @reliancejio worst service experiencing from reliance jio 1. No network 2.even if there is network or data connectivity (it is always in kb) 3. Also complaint it on your customer care no. But they pushes me to next month It's high time jio I am going switch to Airtel

    @reliancejio If any service, they attend on the next day only. Just check with your local providers or have a spare connection as stand by. The connection gets disconnected by seconds count on validity. For 24hrs no service and no penatly for them. Worse than govt organization.
