If your phone is stolen or your JIO Sim is lost It is very difficult to block the JIO Number I have faced this exactly same Issue 2 years back. Someone was using it for 15 days illegally. I had lodged a GD about this.

This is due to the presence of Airtel fiber in my area, the vendors are not laying the Jio fiber cable.
