    @itsvichitra @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare doesn’t even care about their customers. I have been facing network issues for almost a year long and they will just ask you to wait for 90 days and they’ll fix the issue. But that 90 days will never come.

    Hi @reliancejio My DND complaint SR00000XN8QQ, received response "concerned operator informed that defaulter has been issued a notice and action has been initiated as per TCCCP. Still defaulter phone 8582841127 is working. @TRAI @rsprasad @DoT_India to check what it is.

    @reliancejio Thoroughly disappointed with the way you handle complaints especially if money is involved. First you avoid speaking to the customer and later by giving dates that you never commit. You are just about to lose 5 connection and maybe a corporate customer too
