Ashish Dubay (@vavudubay) reported@JioCare successfully restored another customer’s connection. When I requested him to fix mine as well, he said he couldn’t because the job wasn’t “assigned” to him. So the problem is clearly identified, a technician was already present at the location, yet customers are being asked to
