I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

Anubhav Garg (@Anubhavga29) reported@JioCare That is the issue, your representative says that they have not laid the fibre cables in this area but a area 3 k@ apart from my place has the connection for Jio fiber. This is due to the presence of Airtel fiber in my area, the vendors are not laying the Jio fiber cable.
