I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

Service remained affected for over a month. Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Rebate Request: SR000036I24H Result? ❌ No validity extension ❌ No compensation credited ❌ Account suspended A customer loses 33 days of service and is still expected to pay as if nothing happened. Is this how India's largest telecom company treats its customers?
