@JioCare @reliancejio Coverage quality is declining day by day in Goa. People are porting to @Airtel_Presence because of non interrupted service & high speed internet. I am too tempted to do the same if you don't improve. Your behaviour is reflecting business minded mentality

@reliancejio it’s the end of 2022.I’m in one of the most commercial location #southgoa. The network is slow to useless at best. @ViCustomerCare . your network is non existent. Dropped calls is a usual @TRAI PLEASE TAKE NOTE . #goa

@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

@JioCare my internet is down and raised a service request SR00001F5D94 . No one bother to call or respond it’s been 5 days in a row now . We are working from home and this kind of support from JIO is really pathetic.
