I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

I have tested the speed by placing phone beside the router only. Its definately your coverage issue due to increasing in no.of users.

Even with a tower just ~250m from my home, I barely get 1 signal bar — calls drop constantly and the internet is almost unusable.
