    @reliancejio @JioCare @Akash_Ambani #akashambani have been trying to get jio fiber in my area from last 1yr 6 months & there is no connection available in my location and probably the whole goa. My pincode 403804 . Please expand we need good jio service 🙏

    @DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

    @JioCare So I have to keep the mobile there to create Hotspot and use the Internet. So I have two personal connection of jio, please resolve the issue

    Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

    @JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Coverage quality is declining day by day in Goa. People are porting to @Airtel_Presence because of non interrupted service & high speed internet. I am too tempted to do the same if you don't improve. Your behaviour is reflecting business minded mentality

    @JioCare Don't even think 🤔 in my area ur tower is almost 100 mtr away but still the speed is 70kbs 7020065686,numerous time tower 🗼 complaint and network checks but still no solution and @Airtel_Presence is picking up the network in our city

    @JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

    @niteshVranglani @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @JioCare Bro! Don’t go for Jio. I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

    @reliancejio Hi @reliancejio I moved from India to the USA and activated International Roaming. My Jio SIM worked fine for 6 months, but now it shows No Service. I've contacted support multiple times, but no one has been able to fix it. I urgently need this number to receive OTPs for banking.

    @JioCare Wow this is how you resolve the request. My complaint was closed saying we tried contacting multiple times. Not a single call was made. Disgraceful and shameful. Did not know that Jio operates like this.

    @JioCare Frequent disruption of services and long duration taken for restoration of connectivity. Prioritising disruptions which occured one hour after visit of service engineer also was not done. I had a continuous service disruption of 12 days and was forced to opt for other services.

    @reliancejio your customer help is abysmally low quality. The agents have no idea about details and they have no intention to resolve any query. Absolutely pathetic experience. Time to port my family connection. Goodbye
