@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

I moved to Jio postpaid for better service and customer experience but now, I am facing lots of problems. They suspends my number's services when they want without any prior notice. When try to connect to get a resolution then support team don't have proper information. @JioCare

@reliancejio @ImAtulKansal Your Jio Fiber Service is very pathetic , i have raised a request 4 days back, everytime the service is getting rescheduled the next day without any information to us and we are just waiting for engineer and wasting time. Service Request Number SR00001B40E9
