    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare Please don't respond now. I got it fixed after spending 3 hours on call. You'll just embarass yourselves if you revert to the problem now. Worst customer service. Do a favour and stop doing this.

    @tatasravan_sai Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    Worst service ever had...monthly once it will go down and every time they take 5days and more to get resolve the issue no response when u call customer care...@JioCare @reliancejio
