    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    First @JioCare need to focus on improving their capabilities rather focus on new business. Because they are now unable to manage or provide smooth service to their customers because they dont have such bandwidth.

    @reliancejio i am realy disappointed with the service... i have paid 2500/- for connection and its been 2 weeks no one is doing connection .. enginer are not well trained .. and sales person is not taking initiative.. its better to cancle my plan and get my refund

    @atultagade I think its time for you to select another operator. You will get good service from @reliancejio if you switch to them.
