@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@reliancejio I think you should must be stop selling your jio fiber because the network speed which you talk are only in the numbers not in real.let's also talk about the sim network day before tomorrow there was a network of only one tower.we should have to change our network.

@JioCare i have taken Jio fiber on 14 may 2022, and since 4th June 2022 it is not working. I have raised service request also but none of engineers have visited and resolve the problem. Service request no is SR00001BD4H6. Tried customer care and customer care email but all vain.

Yesterday Jio Fibre team assured for replacement of defective router by today. Called Jio Fibre local executive 10 times since morning, assured for visit within 30 minutes for replacement. Now at 09:00PM denied to visit home. What a service. @reliancejio
