@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

I don't how jio is making so much profit but the connectivity service provided by jio is so flawed and the that I can't even send messages on my whatsapp. When called, the customer care replied that the users have increased in my area. I don't know that's a bad thing. @JioCare

@JioCare I have applied for jio connection but no one came for installation. There is no customer care to talk to directly only answering machine everywhere. I have also paid the amount of 2500/- online to jio connect. Very Bad experience so far with jio fiber. Request number NO0000GDZMTM
