@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@reliancejio I have paid ₹1500/- on 24th aug 2021 i was told by the service provider that connection will be install within 26th aug. Today is 30th aug still i have not received any update from your end . Also the service provider manager uneducated disgusting behaviour person.

@reliancejio My jio number these days is so weird can't call anyone and i don't get calls from others too. Whereas it shows full range/network for jio sim. Please Resolve it ASAP

@reliancejio my internet got closed, i have data about 7 GB and pack time still remains till next 6 hours. I got in an emergency but i cant use internet due to data stopped for advance recharge. U r a rich person but never understand a poor persons feelings.

@JioCare @reliancejio My jiofiber No. 01135593610. I return back my instrument on 4th Aug. Almost 1 month is going to end. But no refund is still credited. Jio claims that they will refund back. Right now I have only say..they cheat the customer by doing false commitment in advertisement

@JioCare Returned my Jio Fiber connection 20 days ago and yet not got refund today when I contacted Jio support they said it will take more 15 days to process refund because of some technical issues. Is it the kind of support Jio Provides
