    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have booked airfibre max service, but the installation team seems to be super busy. We can't reach them on nos provided. They MAY call and then disappear. Has been happening for 3 days and yet kyc isn't completed. Wonder when will the service start

    Hi @JioHotstar @JioCare This is a blatant cheating and scamming from your side, I already have this Jio Hostar Plan for a year, but I recharged with 3599 and got 12 months of Jio Hostar Mobile + Hollywood, but since already there is a plan, it is suppose to be in queue.Pls Help

    @JioCare Its your nearest Cell phone tower which loose electricity because you don't have backup generator there. My router has UPS backup and is sufficient but if there is no internet/Network in the area itself what's the point of getting charged ?

    @JioCare Are u fool or what Already told u ,what prompt heard when call not connected ,calling number 198 and others too all calls same issue it's not connected While internet not run on LTE mode how can able to surf any website Data is showing on of LTE but call and internet not work
