    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare I have raised a service request on 14th april SR00001AFP11, it is still unresolved with 6-7 engineer reschedule , I am currently unable to use my internet.There is no sla for ticket resolution in jio it seems. Regretting my decision to take jio fiber connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFibre can't stop laughing on JIO customer service on twitter, they are not even well trained to lie. First they said i had asked for disconnection which is yet not connected, then said that society has objection which has 14 connections already

    @JioCare My main concern why it rescheduled and sending false txt it's done by my premises Every time i raise request for any issues It keeps getting rescheduled again and again I need to get it resolved by today Please check my previous complaint I'm exhausted with @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @reliancejio you are your stores are making fool and not issuing the sim. See your stores response. Now he directed me to customer care and earlier customer care directed me to visit there. I think #MukeshAmbani look into the matter.
