    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    My mother ported her sim from #VodafoneIdea to @reliancejio. She has paid outstanding bill in dec but her outgoing has been blocked as @JioCare says payment pending. I have visited jio store thrices spoken with customer care but no resolution yet.

    FYI: I complaint these type of similar issues last year as well and @JioCare team assured me for fixing the issues but seems like it was just an assurance. There's not much improvement.

    @JioCare my company ask to use vpn service for work. But i can not use any vpn on my jiofiber. How can I use VPN? I read on some websites that my only option is to close jiofiber and get airtel if i want to use vpn. Is it true that i need to close jiofiber?

    @ACTFibernet I would rather go for other service providers @airtelindia @reliancejio who are offering better plans with higher speed.
