    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare Man just simply that you guy's can not fix the issue and i will cancel the subscription and switch to Airtel. How many times i have to repeat that i have unplugged it multiple time and there is no power coming in router so whats the point of that.

    My Jio AirFiber receiver starts blinking red and completely loses network connectivity even during light rain. What's wrong with your network. Send someone to fix this ASAP,no remote fixing @JioCare @reliancejio

    @sameerk19813387 @JioCare Most irritating thing is the auto messages. Call up the number, it says check myjio app. Jio is driving customer from app to phone to email to twitter all repeating same message. Only way is exit from JioFiber and take someother.

    @JioCare @JioCare Are you understanding the issue or not? I just need a confirmation whether internet can be accessed with inverter backup during a power outage. I've been asking the same question for 3 days, but there's still no clarification. Please stop deviating from the main issue.

    @JioCare Puting on Social media, makes it serious that there is no firm inforamtion since ladt 4 weeks and status is unchanged. Can you tell me how long we ahould wait or should we plan for other service provider.

    @reliancejio @JioCare So let me check-in update you because it took me a moment to check an update for you. So we are currently experiencing the temporary issue with the data service right now, and there is an outage, so actually it's completely in the electronic city.

    @JioCare Shradha, what's the update on SR00003C5U11 ? Y not use this equation of, Phone(support team + jio social media team + customer with issue > 1 month) = Any issue resolved can b used? How about using it to fix my issue
