@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare #JioFiber I am having an issue with the jio fiber connection.I contacted jio customer care many times and yet haven't received any update regarding that.And the customer care attitude towards customers is very pathetic and unapologetic. Just get my internet fixed.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare if you really “care”, can you figure why your operations and your ground team have been unable to fix my Jio Fiber breakdown in more than 3 days now??! It’s been a most frustrating exercise dealing with customer care and with the ops team!!

@awareanil1 @reliancejio They have the worst customer support , initially they trapped customers with instant arrangement of technicians when we took a new Jiofiber connection but now when there is a problem they didn't even assign an engineer to visit and internet is still down since 2 days.
