@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

Seems this issue is not going to resolve as Jio is telling recharge not done contact bank, Bank is confirmed amount is credited to jio you may reach jio. Who will initiate refund?? Fed-up with chaging jio @UPI_NPCI @reliancejio @ICICIBank

@reliancejio @JioCare its quite strange that you service centers works like old Govt. office, for a battery of JIO hotspot they ask us to sit for 3 hours and refusing to collect and give receipt so that we can collect later #MukeshAmbani #akashambani is this new culture of JIO
