    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare Had visited on Thursday also said will be resolved in few hours nothing happened than on Friday i opend service request again it was closed from engineer showing problem resolved now again I have opened request yesterday till now nobody has visited & connection is still down.

    @JioCare If it takes 3 days to repair a broken wire better people should migrate to hathway my neighbour had similar problem due to a nearby building demolish many wires got punched hathway did their job within 6 hours & Jio is playing hide & seek.

    @JioCare @reliancejio for the past 10 days my wifi is down,lst wrkd on 14 April,no tech support,cld multiple times to Cc no proper resolution,a bunch of people hired 2 read scripts,everyone saying the same thing without any resolution. My WFH is gttin hmperd bcoz of this sht jio
