    @JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

    @JioCare My relocation has not been done despite many complains and request even my plan got expired without me using it die to your poor customer service i have to purchase a new broadband connection. I was facing difficulties in doing Jio mnp and activation. I have faced huge loss.😡🤬

    @reliancejio @JioCare i m on 599 plan with a chile connection.. i upgraded to 799 to get one more child plan.. while upgrading it gave a warning of child plan issue.. after 799 plan gets activated.. shall i have to re-register the old child sim too ? Or i ll only add the 2nd sim?

    @JioCare - Urgent resolution needed. Transaction completed using Jio UPI on 22 Jul, to jio@citibank for payment towards Jio Postpaid. Shows Bill not paid, no whereabouts of where has money gone. UTR number 220313086939
