@JioCare As expected it was all lies from jio team . Still no resolution to my problem and the net is still not working . Very unprofessional behavior I would not recommend Jio to anyone and in fact all my friends are gradually changing over to Airtel

@duttsaab @JioCare Actually I got a wrong recharge & was asked to share OTP to undo that recharge which I refused for cybersafety. That's why I asked Jio for a way to help him other than sharing any OTP.

@JioCare Yes, infact I am moving in the same locality, not even more than 50 metre compare to my last address. I got 5 fake promises call that they will resolve my issue today and at the last they cancelled connection itself, hahhahaha is that a joke @JioCare @reliancejio
