@JioCare @reliancejio I just noticed the new service request which was opened has also been marked as Resolved without any resolution. I don't understand what is going on. Service Requests are opened and closed per your own will. Can someone look into it now? #poorcustomerservice

@JioCare my jio fiber number 01179672883 internet down for over 48 hours, no engineer visit to resolve the problem despite calling customer care more than 10 times in last 3 days, every time customer care agent gives a new time for resolution.

@reliancejio I have made a complaint regarding jio Fiber router issue as this is not working at my place and only red light is blinking. I have also mentioned to visit my place before 10 AM in the morning and after 6:30 PM but nobody visited in time and promised.
