@JioCare Asking to DM numbers has become more of formalities. Why don't you try to resolve the issue. If you cannot provide quality service, why then boast of being cheap and best. Check my other tweet/DMs. It's proof that my issue hasn't been resolved till date.

@ViZzFans @reliancejio Vi needs to do something about VAS services being activated without the consent of the customer. It gives a very bad impression. It used to happen a lot before and TRAI gave guidelines and it stopped. A lot of customers r complaining on the Twitter handle for the same.

@JioCare JIO store, no 190 Fathima complex, wcg road, north cotton road thoothukudi went ter yesterday nit around 8.05 they simply asked me to wait for nothing till 8.45 finally they said pls try to change for alternate network we can't change it to prepaid.
