    @JioCare @DoT_India It’s almost 10 days and no one calls from Jio . I am facing downloading issue and it’s taking 20-25 mins to download 100 MB . I called to the customer care and they told they will arrange call back but no one done .

    @JioCare @reliancejio You seriously have such a worst indoor connectivity in my area! All ISPs are working fine except yours. Area pin code 382440. Either resolve the issue or you will left me with no choice but to port my number from Jio to Airtel/Vi.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The service of jio is good every where in our country but there are still some villages where it can be better like in bihar rural areas. It will increase approximately more than 1500 customers.Because no telecom company focus in that areas.

    Dear @JioCare, my mobile got stolen today & I needed a replacement sim asap - even to file a complaint with Central Equipment Identity Register (CIER) of @CDOT_India in @DoT_India Ur exec found that my fathers' name is same as my name in ur records & I was not issued sim 1/2
