@jiocare I have taken a plan of 399 and paid for 6 months but now you have sent me msg to recharge for 849/- why ? I am not satisfied with your service hence disconnect my Jio fiber connection immediately and refund me whatever I will get.

@JioCare Hi Abhijit, my technician call got rescheduled twice again so I think even this dint help. A customer cannot expect a decent service ? I think ill switch to another and hope everyone doesn't need to go through this harrowing time with the service executives

Some days ago @reliancejio services were down so Jio extended validity of its Subscribers by Two days but same happened with @airtelnews but nothing happened so far about validity extension. Once Khuswant Singh was travelling in Japan train it was late 1 minute but full refund.
