Hi @reliancejio.... I have been completely helpless with your network, repeatedly I have been into customer care but there has been no improvement in my network in my area and moreover to add to your knowledge there has been a setup of tower.I’m complaining in consumer forum.

@JioCare Hi, I have got a JioFi wifi prepaid connection, currently under my name, which I would like to transfer to a family member's name and switch to postpaid. I have tried calling customer care but cant seem to get option to speak to customer care rep. Kindly advise, help.
