@JioCare Rediculous services with regards to postpaid my services was barred on D no 7085054718 on 6th feb and i Paid at 1.57am its 10hours now my services is yet to get restored called 199 4times. If service gets restored 1st thing ill do is a PORT OUT REQUEST. WORST CUST CARE

@JioCare Still its on process.. everytime i escalate my case shame on you @JioCare Your service request number is SR000013V8O2. My jio fiber refund is pending last 1 year. So many times i raise complaint.. really shameful for @JioCare .

@JioCare @reliancejio worst operator in terms of providing #postpaid and #autopay services.... charges separately for ott services which isnt deducted from autopay...its confusing for you but they barr your services..if you dont pay seperately..

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare Your services in my locality is pathetic. 4g ke daam pe 2g service. Poor network quality, bad internet connectivity and numerous call drops. What's even worse is your customer care.

@JioCare @dineshcrazy9 Sir , i recharged my account with amount of rs 999 but now customer care says you had to recharge with rs 199 and your phone will not work. I have DM my details. Please check and help me. At least adjust this amount according so that i dont have to pay again.
