    @reliancejio very poor network. Data speed zero. Kai baar network se related complain karne par bhi koi solution nahi. Please solve this problem.

    @JioCare I am facing multiple disconnection while using Jio fibernet. Happens 3-4 times a day and there is no way to register this issue. App doesn’t have this option and customer care declines even to understand your problem. Is there a remedy?

    @reliancejio I am from Varanasi. My phone is 5g my phone setting is also 5g. My phone also has updated 5G software. 5G network is also coming in my phone. Then why am I not getting Jio Welcome Offer? @JioCare

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ have full 2 GB data but the internet speed very slow 0.57 kbps I hate the network jio I have never face such type of issue team jio if you not solve the issue I port to another sim my number 9113270951

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare are u both competing to have the worse network in Neeladri Nagar- ECity Bglr? I always have 0 to min mobile network in and around Neeladri Nagar. Do u guys have a tower here or not ? jio mobile n/w - 1/10 Airtel mobile n/w - 3/10
