    @reliancejio very poor network. Data speed zero. Kai baar network se related complain karne par bhi koi solution nahi. Please solve this problem.

    @JioCare I am Chintan using Jio sim card since more than one year with no. 9909946033. Last couple of months there is big problem of signal strength and network issue during on going call. And also it shows "not reachable" when someone called up me this is very much discouraging

    @reliancejio Hi, I had cancelled a trial plan for Jiofiber approximately a month ago. But still the refund is not initiated. I tried calling the customer care, there is no option to check the status of refund as the account is deactivated. Please suggest how to proceed.
