    @reliancejio very poor network. Data speed zero. Kai baar network se related complain karne par bhi koi solution nahi. Please solve this problem.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio How can an employee of you company do such thing. Your customer care team always has a standard answer saying we don't have access to your account we are working from home and when you ask them to contact superiors they cancel customer's calls

    Fraud from Jio representative Help!!!! @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup #Jiofraud Jio technical rep. "Tabrez Alam" from delhi advised me to cancel my Post-paid account and switch to a prepaid account to get latest router.

    @JioCare and msg that you will get your refund in 14 working days. today its almost 50 days passed away and still i have not  get any refund. every time customer care executive informing new date of refund. every time they are giving new date but no refund has been processed
