    @Airtel_Presence Why should I have to share my number? You removed the content i needed is it my mistake or yours?? @reliancejio is far better than your **** the only reason I choose airtel over jio is just because I don't get a proper jio network in my area.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFibre connection is not providing internet since this morning. 05223574280 I have done 'Run Diagnostics' I have contacted jio helpline two times. Jio helpline ppl are not registering my complaint. The local jio service person denied to visit my home.

    @JioCare First, you failed to install Jio Fiber. Now, even after cancellation, youโ€™re unable to process the refund. Every time I raise a complaint, I get the same generic response โ€” โ€œwe are looking into it.โ€Your service request timeline is already over, yet there is no resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Following up on my earlier complaint โ€” the issue still remains unresolved. Since you were unable to deliver the prepaid SIM as promised, request you to process a refund of the advance payment made at the earliest.Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
