    @GautamSolanki24 @JioCare Dear they will not do anything, they have very bad service. I am also facing router issue since 2 months but no action taken till date. I am serious planning to go for Airtel once I finish the amount which was paid.

    @JioCare I was a happy customer for the past 20 months. But seeing your incapability to restore wifi router on 3rd day despite numerous calls to helpline, false assurances, failed policies and processes as per which the customer should only wait and keep calling helpline

    @JioCare I have HAD ENOUGH. I can't be patient any more beyond 72 hours of wifi non restoration. I have FINALLY decided to cancel my JIO FIBRE ACCOUNT and switch to other operator. Thankyou for your EXCELLENT Customer service
