I paid the advance amount for the set-top box and, as instructed, even completed the payment to the third-party UPI ID shared by your executive. The payment is successful. After that, your executive Tejas called again, asked me to contact him, and then disappeared. Since then, there has been no update on when the set-top box will be installed. Now everything is crystal clear—the issue has been resolved and the payment has already been made. The only confusion left is that your records show only one set-top box, whereas from day one, two set-top boxes were running on my connection. If your policy now allows only one set-top box on this connection, then please provide the additional connection as required. But first, kindly install the set-top box without any further delay. Please resolve this at the earliest.
