    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare hi sir one of my hotel waiter baught the new sim of jio last month sim got activated and stopped working after 5 days then he went to gallery they didn't respond anything then called called customer care they said it has been blocked for dnd barring

    @JioCare It's been 23 days but still did not solve the issue. Everyone says it's backend issue the technician or customer care but no one knows how to interact with them and solve the issue. The only thing If I email or call customer care they raise some service request or copy past 1/2
