    All Telecom companies must revise their tariff for Darjeeling, Sikkim and all Himalayan mountain areas for not providing their service even they are fully paid. My @reliancejio Fibre is down and network is feeble from next month of installation.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    The network works fine when there is power, but as soon as the electricity goes out, the network vanishes too, leaving villagers unable to communicate with one another for hours. Is this the kind of service Jio offers? @reliancejio @JioCare

    Absolutely horrible service from @JioCare JioFiber. There has been an outage in my area in Mahim (Mumbai) since 21st May. There has been no resolution whatsoever. Not a SINGLE engineer had visited inspite of repeated followups. Cancelling the connection.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, I am a Jio AirFiber customer (Mob: 8148260018). I took connection on 5 March, paid ₹2,100 for installation, and recharged ₹1,060 twice. Today my plan showed expired, so I recharged ₹3,please explain why my balance/validity got exhausted so quickly?
