Aravind Sridharan (@AravindSridhara) reported@JioCare What's your SLA commitment for such user reports? The last time I had a disruption for 3 days, I was told that the issue was not considered as long outage. TRAI recommendation is 24-48 hours of disruption should be considered for reimbursement.
