@JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

@JioCare Why do you make your customer fool. I unsubscribed from your jio fibre and need refund immediately. Nobody is coming pick up the device. Since 15 days you just call and say 'we tried contacting you'. Truth is nobody contacts for device pick up

@JioCare @skumar779 Dear jio i m regular customer of jio i hv 3 sim cards i recharge every month with my budget plan 199Rs 28days 1.5gb but today these plans r hiked. Tooo much price i can't recharge. I stop recharging today. Destroying my all jio sims and jio phones till they reduce nonsense plans

@JioCare Text messages do not arrive on time to all the numbers of your company, due to which otp etc. is not received on time and any otp based service gets interrupted.This problem has been going on for a long time and is not fixed by your side!
