@JioCare The Jio-fiber service provided in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand is pathetic. The staff is non-cooperative when asked for help. After the cancellation of JioFiber services, they put in the wrong account number. Please help. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio dear jio - sorry to say but your data network outside india is exceptionally poor. Have paid for the package - in dubai and the data simply does not work - keep having to switch my phone on and off. Horrible experience #jio. Please fix it.

My @airtelindia network was not coming from tonight. On getting information, it was found that the SIM got damaged. I do not understand how, will I get the recharge of my previous sim back if I get a new sim. If not, then getting @reliancejio sim would be the best option for me.

@JioCare @reliancejio Network in my area drops to zero regularly. Despite so many complaints, the issue has not been resolved yet. If this continues I and my family will have to switch to other network( we have 4 Jio sim cards at our home).Poor service!
