@JioCare Jio is not sending last 18 month invoices to my mail id. This is the big problem. If u in urgent need of invoices. Bahaving more than Babudom like office.

@JioCare 1/2 Worst customer support process, I have ever seen till now to deactivate JIO numbers which was lying idle for the last 5yrs and linked to my Aadhar, upon raising multiple reqests with customer care, got an update "services will be deactivated over a period of time"

@JioCare Jio has one drawback, it does not provide last 12 months invoices and not send any invoice mails to ur mail id. If u want to use any last 12 months invoices than u r in problem. They will only answer last 6 months invoices.
