    @reliancejio In my area pincode 382765. Many times call dropping problem, slow internet speed and no perfect solutions from jio team. Pehle iska karo badme celebrate karna... 5 years...

    @JioCare @reliancejio have been facing connection issues since last 2 week in our entire are optic fibre connection totally dead in last 2 days no one bothered just messages coming from jio sorry for the inconvenience this is totally unacceptable @reliancejio

    @JioCare I already paid fibre connection amount in advance but after 20 days my connection stop and show no active plan on my account. Now call to customer care they givee email id and say sorry. Phatetic service. Currently I am in WFH. So bad jio.

    @JioCare Team my jiotv remote is not working from yesterday, can someone please look this urgently. Batteries are new, priperly inserted, remote not blinking, need this to be replaced/serviced immediately.
