    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    I have 5 jio connections in family every one has the same problem, 5g speed is 15mbps, this issue is not just indoor but outdoor too @JioCare @JioHotstar @reliancejio

    No internet since morning and unable to reach a customer care executive. Every call is redirected to IVR. This connectivity issue occurs almost every month and affects my work. Need urgent resolution and a permanent fix. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor Jio network coverage in Pongaliyur near Vadavalli, Coimbatore. Very weak indoor signal, unstable 4G/5G, slow internet speeds and call quality issues. My wife and I had to switch to another operator due to poor coverage. Location: pongaliyur Coimbatore
