@JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

I lost my phone just now I tried to contact 198 for my @reliancejio sim deactivation And guess what, I cald 198 and the call gets automatically cut. After 9 unsuccessful attempts myCall was cut when I pressed 9 for talking to a customer executive. @JioCare you lost a customer

@pradhanpp @JioCare @AmardeepMulge We are not using the free network and we have to raise our concern.If you doesn't have any issues then very good but if someone facing issue then you can't say ignore them.
