    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Since Jio cannot restore wired fiber in Manapakkam due to removed poles, I reject AirFiber and have switched providers. Process immediate cancellation for Account 410602490539 (SR00003BPF29) and issue a full refund for my advance plan & 10+ days outage. Confirm pickup date.

    Dear @JioCare, I've been facing internet connectivity issues in my area for the last 2 days on both of my Jio numbers. I've already registered 4 customer complaints, but the issue is still unresolved. This is seriously affecting my daily work. Please look into this matter.

    @JioCare when My account is recharged you could not repair it. F you take more than one and half month to repair it then why should I pay without service. repair it first and assure me repaired and ask me to pay.
