If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

Jr. 🙅 (@jr_sangy) reported@JioCare My JioFiber has been down since yesterday after 10 AM, with the router showing a red blinking light and no internet access. I contacted customer care and an engineer visited but left without resolving the issue. The visit was then rescheduled without my consent.

My appointment was scheduled for today between 8:00-9:00 PM but customer care representative (named Ritika) rescheduled the appointment to 9th June. If my issue is not resolved by today EOD then only option for me to change the service provider.
