    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @JioCare I get some automated messages daily, it's of no use to you, you don't do any work you lazy bastards @jiocare Why is Jio Fiber customer care not picking up the phone? Why there is no option to connect with a real customer care executive in your airfibre customer care number

    @reliancejio @JioCare I booked Jio AirFiber on 2nd August and also completed the payment, but the installation has not been done even by 15th August. From customer care/technician side, I am continuously getting responses like “today/tomorrow,” but there is no final update.
