    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @reliancejio I have a Jio connection number 9793979553. I used my voter ID to buy this SIM card, but now I've lost it somewhere. I'm trying to buy a new SIM with the same number using my voter ID, but the Jio representative denied me the connection. Please help @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed! Relocation request for Service ID: LR00001CVYIP pending since April 10th. Status is 'Hold' for 10 days. Even the Nodal Officer is not responding. I am a long-term customer being forced to switch. Resolve this TODAY or process myrefund

    @reliancejio @JioCare , I m shopkeeper at RajShiv, AshokVan, Dahisar East, many our customers are complaining that they don't get network from Morning to 5PM daily and so they unable to make UPI. Pls check.

    @JioCare If you can see the screenshot..engineer was making name sake call and hung up in few seconds. Issue is not resolved. I need refund for the duration the service was bot working.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio SIM activation process is extremely frustrating. I’ve called the support number multiple times, yet no one seems to have clear information about the activation process. This reflects a serious lack of knowledge and very poor service.
