The people who called back have no clue. No one was ever able to solve my problem so I was told to get a new line with STB and cancel the older line. Jio is not cancelling my older line #JioFibre @reliancejio @mymalishka

@JioCare After 20 days followup through jio customer care and 4 days of continuous followup in twitter, still @JioCare can't tell any update or date of pickup. Can't tell more than how bad service you are giving to customers. Tell me, How many days you need to close this??

@JioCare Yasmeen! Nothing has happened since your message. Does JIO have any concern about it's customer's plight? I feel completely disappointed with the response I am getting from Jio. Please act fast and act in the direction of resolving the issue instead of giving mere assurances.
