  @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat dear Sir/Ma'm, i had been to Ur exclusive store for get'ng replacement sim #basavanbagewadi Karnataka, and had a horrible experience from the representative. Since i questioned him for over charging he has threatened me of discounting my connection.

  @JioCare Why can’t I talk to customer care? Are they all on leave or something or you don’t have a customer support? You claim to beat @airtelindia but your service is pathetic. None of your helpline numbers give an option to talk to an actual human employee.

  @JioCare I have a serious concern here, I opted for jio fiber on 18 Dec, A guy from the Jio office came to my home did the registration, and took the payment of 2500/- and till now the setup is not done, he is not picking my calls and the customer care is not helpful either.
