    @JioCare Wait... It's not about me, it's about 10000+ customer. I'm a retailer. If @VodafoneIN is not providing resolution as soon as possible. If lockdown lifted & within 3 days @VodafoneIN didn't solve issues, Then I'll start port in @reliancejio.

    @JioCare I recently got to know that my in-laws who are great fans of the Indian cricket team missed the final match because your support team didn't help them to clear the issue of jio wifi. They had to go with another one. This is very bad @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare my number 8789947245 was lost and upon reactivation no calls are going through. Even changed the sim and removed the plan as suggested by useless customer care executive. When argued, he replied that sim gets reset when re issued from family plan.

    @JioCare @JioCare Complaint was given on 10th but your team raised Service Request (SR0000313CHL) only on 13th. Now it’s Day 6 and still no engineer visit. WiFi not working (LOS red blinking). Please resolve immediately and compensate downtime.
