@reliancejio #reliance #jio Today I converted prepaid to postpaid, I use eSIM for jio. Before conversion network did exists in my mobile but after conversion, tele verification i lost network. Customer executive are helpless and asking me to visit local store again to verify docs

@reliancejio I am hearing the same reason from jio in past 3 years, the town area and the jio users base has been significantly increased in those years but not the network coverage there are so many dark spot in my town where there is no network and internet speed is pathetic pin:-443201
