@JioCare u r not able to fix my fiber connection, repeatedly calls & mails are not affecting you, seems like u r not bothered to fix problem anymore. Airtel is improving its services nd u r losing cxm now, please disconnect my conn. I don’t need it anymore @reliancegroup

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic technical support. Visit scheduled for 9am today. Technical area support person reply, how can they give slot for 9 am here it is raining. Even now at 11am he is asking what is the issue when you raised the issue. ??

@JioCare Day by Day Jio network is getting worst in my area. Previously network is good now it's too bad even though I raised so many complaints there is no response from your side from past 1 year we are facing the issue. Now I am moving to Airtel good bye Jio

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm using a postpaid plus plan. I'm faceing a huge network issue since last few days. If anybody is trying to call me they are geeting me as "not reachable". I live in Kolkata, and I have switched my phones but the problem still remains.

@JioCare I m using 150Mbps Jio Fiber. Today I seeing internet speed issue and called the support, what they said it really shocking. 20Mbps to 150Mbps is normal and optimal speed. Even if we get 20Mbps then also its optimal speed. Was that a joke? Can u guys confirm the same?

@JioCare I bought a new SIM card a few days ago and inserted the sim on my phone. The vendor told that it will take 10 minutes but even after 2 days the sim has not been activated yet. Please help!
