    @JioCare The problem is that you can only see the update. Had you been conversate with your team, it would have given better timely resolution of my request. Kindly contact with your team officials of chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, if they pick your call.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Network in Kumhari, Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar has been extremely poor for 3–4 months. Calls, messages & mobile data barely work. Despite multiple complaints, there’s no improvement. Is this being fixed, or should we switch providers?

    @JioCare I have been facing internet issue since many months . Even after that I am paying post paid bill every month. jio care number never connect, Jio App doesn't respond. Now I want to port my number to @airtelindia. I need to wait for 48 hours to port. why?

    @reliancejio @JioCare My wife lot working, I called many times. Generated service request 4 times but closed without solving My issue, even I provided all details thru message on twitter. Your service is very bad, you guys are F.K person, take money but no service

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

    @JioCare Hey team, I have done a recharge of 799 which is in queue and get activated in the next 6 days but now i have changed my device and it is 5g now so i want to upgrade to a true 5g plan is there anything that i can do? Like cancel the upcoming recharge or something??
