@JioCare Sir from today morning of 22nd June, there is no signal of #jio at all around #VijayGarhi village near Bhadrauli in Agra district Tehsil Bah, while #Jio's tower is installed here. And this happens every Second third day. Please take notice immediately.

@JioCare hey Jio please help me as ur customer care, team of Jio fiber is so unresponsive and of no use. Since last 7 days I'm trying for my jio connection relocation but no one is helping in is matter. I never seen such pathetic response from any internet provider in past.

@JioCare booked a complaint on 14th June that internet is not working. Jio engineer called and said he will visit and do it. Switched off his phone. Following up again since Sunday. Yesterday he told he is sending someone else. Today again no response by anyone.

A longer ago I had raised a compliant regarding slow speed. It was just a temporary congestion. What are the apps? I told Twitter. @JioCare quality team audited the call or it may senior level employee. Purposefully reduced single app speed. In VPN I can access without capping.
