    @JioCare How can this be possible without network, neither your 4g nor 5g works, how can you watch IPL through Jio?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup The vendor also understands that customers are helpless and they can exploit them and keep them waiting for days in the era of this 21st century as Jio customer care is completed helpless when it comes to installation - I was told that the complaint will also come to them only!!

    @JioCare I’d like to seek compensation for the pay lost due to your internet glitch from 3 days .. this is concerning big time as we’ve been misled with false promise to visit the site everyday to fix and never turned up.. please compensate for your misbehaviour and we no longer need you

    @reliancejio @JioCare Don't you guys care for customer money. I made a payment on July 29 and received a failed message from the MyJio app although the payment was successful in Google pay. Also contacted the bank and shared the info with jio customer care several times. 👎🏻

    @AmbaniHu @jagograhakjago @TRAI I have complained many times regarding Jio Fiber connection to Jiocare, Jio Appellate authority and consumer forum. My issue has not been addressed yet. Jio is requesting for patience since Sep 06, 2022. Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
