@reliancejio We have deposited money, got jio fibre connection. Then the line snapped after 2 months. After we complained, and repeatedly followed up, Jio has cancelled the connection(we did not cancel it), saying it was wrongly done. Then they took money for new connection.

Hello @reliancejio, I'm here to tell you that after 2 days I'm facing slow internet speed again. I request you to give permanent resolution not temporary. We pay money for good quality of service not for free. @JioCare

@JioCare Yesterday, it has been fixed and I have received calls from at least 6 Service Engineers. It seems all of them were sleeping and suddenly woke up after getting a hard hit. This is not a sustainable way at to serve customers.

@reliancejio @JioCare wow what a great service you are providing to a coustomer,more than 20 days gone I didn’t got my refund of cancellation fibre,today I got message of 319 rupees will be credited,I thought fibre got so cheap is the fibre was of 319 seriously I want 1500 now.
