Every 2 hour the network will be zero and after 15-20 minutes it comes after a aeroplane mode on/off. Last 7 days we have 5 connection and totally we are out of mind

I paid ₹760 for a 1month PREPAID plan but now you’re showing ₹775.21 outstanding and calling it POSTPAID Whose consent was my connection converted to postpaid? Reverse the incorrect charges and restore my service.
