    @JioCare hey I am from varanasi in the last 7 days we are suffering from the lost network problem. Every 2 hour the network will be zero and after 15-20 minutes it comes after a aeroplane mode on/off. Last 7 days we have 5 connection and totally we are out of mind

    @JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

    @reliancejio The Jio store at Orderly Bazar Varanasi is filled with unfriendly staff. Not at all able to help. They r telling un on JIO store to call customer care. My colleague has lost his cellphone. He has requested new sim.But due to DOB difference some issue is coming up.

    @reliancejio @PrimeVideoIN @YehHaiMirzapur I have cancelled my JioFiber connection. Nobody is visiting to pick up the router or process the refund. Every time I call customer care, the answer I get is within 24 hrs someone will be visiting. Could you please process this. I've DM you the number.

    @JioCare Dont give this reason that many users using internet at same time. In other providers also many users uses internet at same time, but atleast youtube, google works. But in your network nothing works, even cant do voice call Waited 14 days to resolve issue @JioCare @reliancejio
