No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. The issue is, I never requested an eSIM upgrade. Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: “Your eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.”
