    @JioCare network service is too bad at my location if there is no electricity the their is no network on Jio.... no calling no internet and when check on Jio care it's shows 5 mbps but no proper internet service ....

    @airtelindia is hands down d worst mobile network provider in India. Can’t recall how many times I’ve complained in d past 3-4 years n everytime I hear d same lame excuse ‘Sir tower upgradation is going on in your area’ When the lockdown gets over I’m switching to @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been told repeatedly by jio customer service that the internet service will improve within 2-3 months as we are improving our services since last one year. I just want to know when will those 2-3 month is going to happen. #worst4gnetwork

    I am a old Customer of Jio network. Six connections are used by by close family members. First time in 3-4 years I stopped to recharge & planning to port in another network due to hopeless services.@JioCare

    @JioCare Your support is really pathetic, the @jio_fiber service has been down for over 6 hours and noone shows up even after raising the complaint. When the competitors act on it within an hour, your technicians are approachable the next day only.

    @JioCare Service Request: SR00003A0NZV Your customer service has been appalling. My Jio AirFiber has been completely down since 2 July. I was promised an engineer visit between 5–6 PM that day. Today is 4 July, and my complaint is still showing "Assigning engineer." 1/3

    @JioCare @jio_fiber There is no way someone can get a proper resolution using your app, it's just a chatbot with pre-configured responses. I tried calling the support number and the call got disconnected stating I already had a complaint raised. How will someone escalate the issue ?
