    @JioCare network service is too bad at my location if there is no electricity the their is no network on Jio.... no calling no internet and when check on Jio care it's shows 5 mbps but no proper internet service ....

    @JioCare Said that you will give 4G speed and you are giving more than 2G, all your plans are useless on 2 GB. Day Sala Net is running so bad that 500 mb will run all day. That is enough.

    I am a old Customer of Jio network. Six connections are used by by close family members. First time in 3-4 years I stopped to recharge & planning to port in another network due to hopeless services.@JioCare

    @airtelindia is hands down d worst mobile network provider in India. Can’t recall how many times I’ve complained in d past 3-4 years n everytime I hear d same lame excuse ‘Sir tower upgradation is going on in your area’ When the lockdown gets over I’m switching to @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been told repeatedly by jio customer service that the internet service will improve within 2-3 months as we are improving our services since last one year. I just want to know when will those 2-3 month is going to happen. #worst4gnetwork

    @thebaventures @JioCare @VodafoneIN Same problem I am facing in Mirzapur ...Airtel speed is 35 Mbps and Jio Speed is 1 Mbps ...Mukesh Ambani is on the lines of Anil Ambani...If Reliance will not worry for customers they are going to be doomed very soon..

    @JioCare worst service seen ever in my life. For issuing the refund it is taking more than 2 months, what else can we accept. Never gonna buy anything related to jio. Took jiofiber 2 months back and cancelled the plan in same month, due to service even for refund same service.

    @JioCare my order number CO0000OY7ZU3 was scheduled on 4th September. Now it has been rescheduled to 7th without citing any reason. Been facing issues since 29th Aug. Customer care is not supportive at all. I've already recharged. So it is basically going to waste. #dissapointed
