  hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

  @JioCare Fraud has happened with us in the name of airfibre installation and a service of 18 months with two payments taken 10000+2121 by calling it a special plan and now it is only reflecting 2121 as payment .Jio employees are involved in this fraud

  @JioCare I used the free Amazon prime (mobile) subs via jio recharge! Couldn’t upgrade the plan by myself. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!
