hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

@JioCare Said that you will give 4G speed and you are giving more than 2G, all your plans are useless on 2 GB. Day Sala Net is running so bad that 500 mb will run all day. That is enough.

@JioCare this usually happens when customer reported issue in public forum, he/she received immediate private message from JIO that this is not our regular practise pls specified your issue and when he/she replied with message then JIO never get back to him/ her with solution.
