    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @reliancejio @JioCare very worse condition of Jio 4g network not totally dead not working kindly extend the plan as compensation bcz from last two days jio haa been stopped working.

    @JioCare I have been trying to contact the jio customer care executive for so long but there is no option available to do so. I have recharged my jio fiber account twice but still it's showing no active plan . Kindly help asap .

    @JioCare Since when?? Each and every time your 4G speed not more than 3 to 4 Mbps!!! Your network team also visited my place and ensure to me will be resolved this issues but now 25 days over and issue worse than worse

    @reliancejio the signal performs poorly for about half hour and then comes back. This repeats several times a day. If there is consistent congestion in network then please urgently add capacity.

    @JioCare This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I'm paying full price for 5G, but only get 2 bars of network and speeds worse than 2G for 3 MONTHS straight!     @reliancejio Internet connectivity down for my Jiofibre since past 3days i.e. from 11/07/2026. However no resolution has been received regarding the issue. The resolution time is simply being extended. Such pathetic service from Jiofibre. No positive response from Customer care

    @JioCare We are with you but where is your engineer where is your support staff ,, why are they not supporting ?? Get this mess fixed madam don't try to put excuses we are suffering from 5th July daily internet outrages at peak usage time . Looks like your team is not in your control !
