    @JioCare I have been trying to contact the jio customer care executive for so long but there is no option available to do so. I have recharged my jio fiber account twice but still it's showing no active plan . Kindly help asap .

    @reliancejio @JioCare very worse condition of Jio 4g network not totally dead not working kindly extend the plan as compensation bcz from last two days jio haa been stopped working.

    @JioCare Since when?? Each and every time your 4G speed not more than 3 to 4 Mbps!!! Your network team also visited my place and ensure to me will be resolved this issues but now 25 days over and issue worse than worse

    Can't redeem my recharge voucher on myjio app since it's just buffering since 3 hours in my vouchers option. Worst experience ever. @reliancejio @JioCare

    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @JioCare Logged a JioFiber breakdown at 8:30 AM (Ticket No - SR00003B0EZD). Given 3 false timelines by the app and engineer, and now told it will take 24 hours. Total harassment. Fix this backend issue immediately.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @MIB_India i am using JIO prepaid, when data pack is utilised before due date, then why normal sms services are stop coming, we are connected on wifi network. What is the reason for blocking sms? Is it legal way of blocking. Recharge due date not crossed yet.

    @JioCare I’m not getting power supply on my Jio fiber set up box. I had asked for a replacement adaptor. How long does it take to just get a new adaptor? I think Airtel services are much better with same service

    @JioCare I had placed service request for my jio Fiber network as my Wi-Fi was not working on 4th July 2026 ….almost 8 days have passed and still my issue is not solved…Is this the service of largest network of jio….

    @JioCare @reliancejio It clearly shows how little you value your customers. Frankly, this is a pathetic and completely unprofessional service. I'm extremely disappointed and expect this issue to be resolved immediately. It is better to disconnect internet connection.

    @JioCare Apology is one thing, what about the reduction on my bill by a prorated credit for the 5 days(23-24th June and 10th July till now) my internet was completely down this cycle? Do you want to to take this up to the consumer court?
