    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    Can't redeem my recharge voucher on myjio app since it's just buffering since 3 hours in my vouchers option. Worst experience ever. #reliancejio

    @JioCare Since when?? Each and every time your 4G speed not more than 3 to 4 Mbps!!! Your network team also visited my place and ensure to me will be resolved this issues but now 25 days over and issue worse than worse

    @JioCare I have been trying to contact the jio customer care executive for so long but there is no option available to do so. I have recharged my jio fiber account twice but still it's showing no active plan . Kindly help asap .

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have had faced same issue twice and the technician or engineer visited after 3-4 days what the hell is it, why should customers always suffer and hold patience. And still you don't provide extension of those days wasted because of your worst services. I have had not get those

    @JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with Jio AirFiber: misled about plans, not informed of the 3-month option, and my 100 Mbps plan is only giving ~30 Mbps with frequent outages. Complaint SR00003B96EV is still unresolved. Requesting a full refund and cancellation.

    @airtelindia @JioCare @TRAI During these calls, I was falsely informed that my UPC (Unique Porting Code) had been blocked by Airtel and that I needed to send an SMS in the format "CANCEL and number " to 1900 to unblock it. This is misleading, as sending that SMS would cancel my porting request.

    Worst internet connectivity never ever go for @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 15 days of connection internet not working and no one is replying , even customer care executive misbehaving, who gonna pay for 15 days of no connection

    If this problem can be resolved permanently, I would be happy to continue with JioFiber. Otherwise, I may have to switch to another provider despite having an active subscription. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare #JioFiber
