    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare Yes, calling is worst .my all family members started using airtel 4G. i am waiting for ending of my annual pack.

    @JioCare Not able to make or recieve calls. Otps are not delivered. Are you doing anything about it?! I've raised a complaint twice and nothing's being done about it. Is this being done on purpose to revive airtel and Vodafone?!

    @reliancejio we have very low signal quality in our area from last 1 yr , signal strength and net speed going down day by day .. 4G feels like 2G.. Do something otherwise need to shift to other operator. @jiocare

    Why is @reliancejio only concerned of expansion of its customer base not on quality and coverage across various circles . The tariff has increased and the signal quality has deteriorated . @JioCare

    @JioCare your team has made a typo error in my name ( one letter ) entered in the POS by your team when compared to my ID proof submitted. Now when I want to urgently move from prepaid to postpaid, your rep says it’s not possible !!! Whose mistake it this ?? Please help & resolve
