    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @jio Complaint multiple times regarding network issue. But no action till now. Are you going to improve your network or shall I port my sim? I am not the only one multiple users facing same issue... call drop, voice breaking, low network signal.

    I've a pending service request with Jio AirFiber, I directly contacted through the helpline number, but couldn't connect, there is no network issue in our location, but the call automatically gets disconnected saying that network issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence In this Vasai-Virar flood like situation @airtelindia is totally dead, despite my yearly plan & monthly Wi-Fi. Regretting my choice! Thankfully @reliancejio is working fine—had to buy a 3-day Jio data pack just to get online & complain about Airtel’s terrible service.

    @JioCare Hello it’s been 4 days we people assure me everyday that engineer will visit. But they still didn’t come to location to resolve the problem. I call customer care everyday more than 20 times. Please make sure you guys have proper way of service to customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 4 DAYS. No JioFiber in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad since 5th July. Engineer came & said "not my job" & left. No call since then. Student, WFH - everything stuck. Fix it TODAY or refund 4 days + disconnect. #JioFiberDown #Ghaziabad #PatheticService
