    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare You shod be ashamed of saying that "We are always at your service" for thirty days you have just said that instead of helping me. Bunch of useless nincompoops. @ACTFibernet is the best they resolve issues within few hours. Thank God i did not switch to #JioFiber completely

    @JioCare I registered my complaint from 9872530506 on 6 DEC regarding snapped fibre from pole. But no technician arrived. And they closed the complaint by their own. Today i again called customer care and they booked the 6-8 PM time slot for technician. And again they didn't come
