    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Rebooting & diagnostics have been done multiple times The issue is recurring for months & gets temporarily fixed when technician comes but reoccurs again. Kindly escalate it beyond basic troubleshooting & provide a permanent solution instead of repeated temporary fixes.

    @JioHotstar @reliancejio nothing happened sir still showing pay 70+ rupees for subscription but I pay 899 and I can't see any movies or Web series or any shows on hotstar it's been 3 days since my recharge 899 solve my problem i m frustrated

    @JioCare What is the update on this? The responses are running in a loop. Either assign someone to deliver or pay my money back. This is horrible stay away from #JioMobile

    Already informed customer care to disconnect due to poor service. Facing issues repeatedly, not acceptable. Request raised before new billing cycle & confirmation received, but no action yet. Will not be liable for any extra charges due to delay. Kindly disconnect ASAP @JioCare

    @JioHotstar @JioCare @DisneyPlusHS, I have a major billing/access issue. I had a standalone Hotstar Premium sub. I got JioFiber and your system forced me onto the Fiber ad plan. Tried to fix it, but now my Premium sub is GONE. Need a human to restore my paid Premium access ASAP.
