At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

@JioCare So you accept that your first statement regarding the announcement in the first call of the day is false. This is being done just to repeatedly harass the customer to do a recharge immediately irrespective of expiry due date. Anyway thanks, i think i will have to port out of jio.

I have pre-paid for jio fiber usage for a period. Keep getting repeat bills for the same period already paid for. Have called the customer care a dozen times and wrote emails as well to correct the same. Now my account has been suspended citing non payment. 8035573918 @JioCare
