    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet sucks such big time that your mail to their helpdesk falls on deaf ears. Even after multiple applications over 4 years they still didn’t correct my name. Applied for @airtelindia Fibernet today. @reliancejio was unavailable.

    @JioCare hello team, i want my issue to be resolved as quick as possible. visited jio store twice & took two duplicate sim cards but both of them were rejected due to a problem with submitted ID proof. i need to know what to do? we need that number because it was linked to gmail account.

    @JioCare Just had a call with customer care through different number and they're still not able to cancel my esim transfer request. Never thought I'll face such pathetic experience from Jio. @airtelindia - Can you help me to port Jio esim to Airtel physical sim ?
