    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioHotstar @Hotstar_Help @JioCare My JioHotstar trial plan (90daysTrial_JioHotstar) is ACTIVE on my Jio number, but the Hotstar app is still showing inactive and asking to buy a plan. Email support is very slow. Please manually sync and activate my account urgently!

    @JioCare @reliancejio why I’m unable to generate UPC CODE @TRAI . I’m getting below error. UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
