    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is the level of pathetic service Jio is offering to their customers the sales guy committed me to provide 4 months worth of voucher if I am willing to get Jio fiber connection and so I got the connection, but now he simply ignoresand denies to fulfill the commitment

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am amazed your fibre team don't have knowledge of ping test, latency test, frequent disconnection. I am facing problem from last 10 months and jio fibre team not able to give resolution.There is difference between NETSPEED AND STABILITY OF INTERNET

    @airtelindia To transfer money from postpaid which was paid extra will take 10 working day to transfer to airtel wallet. Worst communication with Airtel ever. @JioCare is much more better .

    @ViCustomerCare Network issue not solved yet a person did came to my location but nothing solved yet. @reliancejio is the only option i have now.
