    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio We need a little help from our beloved Jio company. I use Jio SIM and everyone in our neighborhood uses CO SIM. But three days ago we had a lot of storms and rain here and since then the internet and calls are not working, please fix it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio A fraud is done by your fibre team. I have paid 1200/- to relocate my jio fibre connection. Now after 3 days service engineer is saying that we don’t provide the jio fibre and air fibre connection at my new place. So how to get my amount back in my account?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I would like to express my concern towards the fraud done by your jio fibre team. I was using jio fibre since long time having jio fibre no 2231553884 now due to relocation I had paid 1200/- now your service engineer is saying that in we could not install

    @JioCare This has been one of the most frustrating and irresponsible service experiences I have ever faced. I completed payment for JioFiber more than 24 hours ago, yet no installation has been done.
