    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare , you have crossed 2 days up then your threshold days i.e 48 hrs for porting. Today again you did not able to meet your words, not got any call or message for delivery, see how bad management you have. If you people are not capable then don't make excuses. BSNL better

    Just found out you can't chat with an HUMAN agent anymore in @JioCare since it's all bots with template messages. The chat based customer service became non existent. Great move, @JioCare . Onlyfans models will kneel down before you when it's thirsty for people's money.

    @JioCare Connection. And said you have to cancel it and No choice is there left. I asked him to cancel, but he said he can only reschedule but not cancel. I called sales guy but he has not responded to any call till date.
