    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @reliancejio why is the Jio internet service so pathetic these days? One cannot even check the account details of the pack from the Jio mobile application. Please improve the speed of the internet service, or else it may lead you to downfall one day. Customers are tired of this.

    @TRAI This is the irrelevant solutions from JIO,where iam facing the internet issue since 45 days. No solution till now. Just declining the call and ending the chat, getting irrational behavior from them. Kindly look into this. Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio
