At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

@JioCare @rishiesandeep Jio's service is the most useless service, neither does the customer care listen to the thing nor does it listen. Network peroblum is always there. I also filed a complaint. ( SR00001CF0CD ) Whatever was closed without a solution, then it was re-run, you stay away from Jio.

@JioCare worst customer care device was picked on 16th july and bank details were provided and it was informed to me 3 to 4days refund will be intiated. now customer care is saying refund will be initiated in 14working days on 5th aug. you guys are loosers you need so many days
