    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had raised a complaint that my Jio Fibre connection is not working since Saturday (24/12) evening. I was provided with SR. It is more than 3 days no one from ur end has contacted me or bothered to attend to the problem. I am not sure if this is normal with Jio services

    Jio is working on 5g net and taking high charges for 4g network but still his 4g network is not working properly my WhatsApp message are not going from my phone, worst network, I also did complain to jio customer service but no any response. @reliancegroup @JioCare @reliancejio

    @BDUTT @Suhelseth @reliancejio I had a lot of calling issues at my place when 4g was launched. I bought Jio Sim as backup. Now, airtel is far superior in my area. I suggest you force your Sim to use LTE only option for the next few months. 4g works great on airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had placed a porting request from Airtel to Jio. The executive did the verification on 19th Dec’22,handed over the sim and took the recharge amount. Porting hasn’t happened yet. Please look into this as Jio Customer Care said no records are available.

    2/2 @JioCare, @reliancejio this is my third vist to your store. Till now my issue has not been resolved. I have been complaining about this for the past 2 months and i have not herad from you till now.
