    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare 2/3 A Jio service engineer visited my home and admitted that the problem is with the Jio network across the entire area, not my device.I also visited the Jio office and was assured it would be fixed "by tomorrow,"but nothing has changed.Customers are being given promises,not sol.

    @JioCare It's been 3 whole days with NO internet at my home! @jiocare your customer care isn't listening, and your engineers just keep rescheduling the visit.I have heavy internet usage, and this ongoing disruption is completely unacceptable What am I supposed to do? Fix this immediately

    I can't understand why @JioCare are so dumpped? My jio fibre not working for last 5 days.... I complaint everywhere, no one to hear the problem. I am going to change the service provider tomorrow. Bye bye @reliancejio .

    @JioCare What is the excuse today for not visiting my home . I am frustrated and lost all hope with jio Fiber. I registered my complain on 23 July and till now action is take resolve the issue. I ask everyone never ever take jio Fiber service. They give zero service to its customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare He walked off with my Data and even denied to call and check with somei e when I asked and explained I have used Jio for 6 years and still have connections and never this happend. But to deaf ears. I guess Jio just wants to deny me connection. And fair, loyal customers

    @JioCare 3/3 This is completely unacceptable. If you're charging the full subscription amount, why should customers pay for a week of no service? Deduct the charges for the downtime, take strict action to fix the network issue, and restore proper connectivity immediately.

    Internet speed is very slow near Agashi, Virar (401301) for last 4 days. I am using Jio SIM as well as Jio Airfiber. Submitted complaint on MyJio app but no luck. @JioCare
