    At my location only one point network is available since last 6 months and internet speed and call quality is also very poor kindly pay attention for network coverage because in this area huge no of Jio users available otherwise they will port out in other operators @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio We are suffering without Jio Fiber net connection which has not functioning since Wednesday till date.They are unable to fix the problem. I understand even my neighbour to whom I recommended Jio is also suffering without the jio internet connection.

Your app makes a mistake, asking me to pay your subscription that I've already paid for before, and now you ignore my mails, cut my calls. You tell me there is not refund process.     Over 1 YEAR of garbage network in my area and zero accountability. Calls don’t connect, internet crawls, and yet the bills come right on time. @JioCare this isn’t a telecom service, it’s daylight robbery. You’re charging premium prices for a network that barely exists. Either fix this mess or stop fooling people into paying for nothing. #amabani #jio
